I had a severe toothache and explained to the receptionist that it was a root canal and I likely need another root canal or my tooth pulled and I asked if the dentist can do that and she says he can check and I went in there and they did so many x-rays and then the x-rays got lost in the computer and I had to go through all these x-rays again while I was in severe pain and the girl didn't even put on the protective vest the second time around and I had to explain to her that i need the protective vest back on. It's clear they love what they do, and it shows in how they treat their patients. I went in yesterday for a routine cleaning, and my hygienist Oscar was incredibly thorough. I ask for him every-time. He took his time, as always, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My teeth have never felt cleaner! Thank you so much Oscar! You are the best! It's rare to find a place that combines professional, top-notch care with such a personal touch. I'm truly grateful to have a dental team I can trust, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Total malpractice. Left me waiting for a month after I had a stroke, just to tell me that they don't do extractions or root canals. They tried to sell me a cleaning instead. The staff insulted me instead of making a referral to a real dentist. read more

I am so glad I found this dentist for my kids! The receptionist, staff & Doctor were great. My son needed 2 tooth extractions and he was nervous from the last bad experience he had but I had a good feeling about this Dentist and the Doctor was so good and professional that my son had no pain or discomfort at all. My son was surprised how easy and painless it was and that made us happy. Unfortunately the last dentist (Desert Dentist) did a poor job, they made him feel a lot of pressure as they tried to pull his teeth, didn't know how to calm him down and they had no patience. Finally, after five years I found a dentist! Everyone from the frontline contact, to the assistant, to the dentist were all very pleasant and professional. I have to highlight Jasmine, she is absolutely friendly, professional, and provides excellent customer service. I bugged her one day trying to distinguish which Delta plan to join that they accepted. She took the time to help me and I am glad she did because I was going to join an HMO plan which they don't accept. She was not only that way over the phone, but in person as well. You should call in and ask for the cost of consultation before you come. I called in for a wisdom tooth removal, and was told the dentist can do it, nothing about consultation (a whopping $67 and $27 x-ray). After the x-ray, the dentist said it's too complicated and referred me out, yet still charged the consultation and x-ray. If I knew this, I would have gone straight to an oral surgeon. Update 7/29/13: The dentist called me after more than one year and told me she wrote off the $94 the insurance company didn't pay because I exceeded the benefits for the year. I'm trying to see what happened with my insurance because the dental office checked with the insurance company before I even made the appointment and there was enough money. Although I am grateful for the dentist's noble act to write it off, I also want to give something to the office for service rendered (they have bills to pay). This dental office is amazing! My appointment was right on time - didn't have to wait for a minute. Maple Dental office has the latest - dental equipments. The last time I took an x-ray was 2 years ago - the dental office I used to go to still use those archaic x-ray machines with x-ray films. Maple Dental uses the latest system with digital technology. My x-ray was done with digital systems that 1000 times better then the old film ones. You can literally see you x-ray on the monitor in a matter of seconds. I had my teeth cleaned by doctor Luu. She took the time to explain to me what she is doing and shows me ways to take care of my teeth. The best dental visit I have ever had. I live in the High desert and work down the hill like a lot of people who live in the high desert. I've never had any problems or complaints about this place. I loved my experience and the owner, the receptionist was very nice and welcoming, they give great prices and work within your budget. I went to Desert Dental before coming here for a second opinion and they charged 500 more (at Desert) and tried to pressure me into getting the treatment after I told them I could not afford it. Maple gave me the facts and the pros and cons between two procedures and were very honest in my diagnosis. I will definitely continue to go there a and will be taking my daughter when she is of age.
