No one day a week specialties, they take care of business now, not next month. This staff is extra special, you won't believe the difference until you try it. I had a local office drag out treatment for 7 months, then tell me they couldn't get care approved, GLENN DENTAL had approval in 2 weeks, finished the job within 4 weeks. 2 bridges and a crown! This place is amazing. First, I am TERRIFIED of the dentist. On my first and second visit the…read moreladies at the front desk help put me at ease. I was seen as soon as I filled out my paperwork. The dental tech was sweet and also put me at ease. Dr. Shain came in and again like his staff , made me feel at ease. Dr. Shain was helpful, never made me feel rushed, answered all my questions and was informative not forceful about my care plan. On my third visit Dr. Shain prescribed me medication that helped me with my anxiety (for which I'm thankful). The dental tech who helped with the procedure was new. I can tell Dr. Shain takes care in hiring new techs. The tech was knowledgeable and very empathetic. I never felt pain during the procedure. For the results so far I am very pleased. As for the final results I will have to put an update to my review but I'm sure will be amazing.

Mercedes, Diane and Rachel at the front are always helpful in scheduling and billing. Evelyn for X-rays is kind, considerate and great with kids. Yvette the assistant has been a great help and so sweet during my visits with Dr. Eiswert. She's lovely. Reanna is wonderful and sweet.
