Booked an appt for extraction here. Then knowing the High Desert is full of scammers booked another apt with western dental just in case... After being dicked around by western dental I called this place back to make EXPRESSLY sure that the extraction I had booked would happen on Friday as planned. Dumb receptionist told me no because no referral... (The beginning) I asked how to referral without ins, and she said good question. After talking with her for about 3-5 min and her talking all kinda double speak bullshit, I asked straight up if I get the referral right now can I still get the extraction I booked on Monday done. Still a "no" (she's so dumb, why waste both of our time like that!) At the end of the day the referral has nothing to do with anything and then she tries to get me to go to a regular apt first... They lie about extraction apt, they try to get more money out of me even though I just need an exrtraction and they stole my time... I don't do business with liars, scammers or thieves; THIS BUSINESS IS ALL 3!

I guess my Yelp review made it into the patient notes…read more After being a patient here for YEARS and having several less-than-great experiences, I decided to do something I apparently shouldn't have done ,give them another chance. I called to schedule a simple cleaning, and before I could even get past scheduling, I was transferred to a representative who wanted to know what brought me back after my previous Yelp review. Now THAT was unexpected. Apparently, the review was memorable enough to earn its own little spot in my patient history. The representative then proceeded to explain that they would appreciate it if, in the future, I brought my concerns directly to them instead of going to Yelp. Ma'am... I DID. That's the part that seems to have conveniently disappeared from the notes. I had already expressed my concerns after my previous visit. Nothing magically improved, and apparently the appropriate response was to keep doing business as usual and hope I simply forgot about it. Let's be very clear: Yelp wasn't my first stop. It was the destination after the actual customer-service conversation went nowhere. And honestly, the irony of a dental office being more concerned about what I write about my experience than what caused me to have the experience in the first place is almost comical. If you don't want unhappy customers leaving negative reviews, perhaps focus on creating experiences that don't inspire negative reviews. Revolutionary concept, I know. I also don't understand how a business can expect loyal customers to accept sitting around 25-30 minutes past their scheduled appointment time just to be seen. I didn't schedule an appointment for "sometime around 2:30-ish, give or take." I scheduled an appointment for a specific time. And let's not forget, my time is valuable too. After being a loyal patient for years, I would expect my concerns to be taken seriously, not for me to essentially receive a warning about where I'm allowed to express my dissatisfaction. The better response would have been: "We're sorry your previous experience wasn't what it should have been. We appreciate your loyalty and would love the opportunity to make it right." Instead, I got: "So... about that Yelp review... " At this point, I'm less concerned about the fact that they keep notes and more concerned about what exactly they're learning from those notes. Loyalty is a two-way street. Customers shouldn't have to beg to be respected, and they certainly shouldn't have to choose between being heard privately and being honest publicly. If your biggest concern after a bad customer experience is where the customer posted about it, rather than why the customer was unhappy, you've completely missed the point. Anyway... I came back for a cleaning and somehow ended up getting a reminder about my Yelp history. 10/10 for record keeping. Not so much for customer service. Also in the notes was it noted I didn't receive my refund for my appt that never took place ????

Well, it turned out that my son actually needed to be in sooner due to excruciating tooth pain. I called the next morning and they were able to get my son in. Our visit was quick, the staff was very helpful, prompt and nice! Dr. Rolle is so gentle, sweet, and very informative. His assistant, Daisy was on it!. The end result of follow up treatments has been that the sinus issue/pain is 100% gone. I am currently on maintenance treatments that improve my sinus and overall health incredibly.
