Stopped by a couple weeks ago to investigate and ask questions, after a workout at the gym within the same complex. Enter Briana. Sweet and kind as can be and it's obvious see really enjoys being part of the Nothing Bundt Cakes team, and assisting and meeting new customers. Even found out her & I have very similar taste in flavors of cakes. I inquired about the Lemon Raspberry Bundtlet that was on the sign I saw outside. Briana said it's her favorite but will only be making a guest appearance until the Aug 20th. Mental note duly noted. Low & behold on Aug 20th, I strolled back inside and Briana remembered me. Asked if I "wanted 2 Lemon Raspberry Bundtlet Cakes for my BOGO Free?" I said "nope, wifey told me she wants the Chocolate Chocolate Chip." While Briana was gathering and packing up the order, she told me all about their Rewards Program & Club and the perks included. Sold to guy in the Nike hat & Sneakers. To join it's Free and who doesn't like FREE CAKE you their Bday? Now on to the cake.... Soft and moist and extremely delicious. Not too sweet yet sweet enough. Not overly complimented with frosting but just enough. It was so good we both ate half and saved the other half for the next night. Speaking of which, the Bundtlet's stay fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days. But I don't think too many people can make it last that long. Being that wifey & I recently celebrated our 14th Anniversary...I hereby declare YEAR 14...The Year of the Bundtlet. Lastly, that same evening I contacted customer support to ask a question about the Rewards Club. Was blown away when I immediately received an email response answering my questions. Whether Pam is AI or not, I'm extremely impressed with their Customer Support Team. Something that is lacking in today's world. But always important to me. I was a very bashful and anxious kid when my mom had given me money and told me to go next door to get one. I was scared but I sucked it up and went in and was immediately comforted by the light, sweet smell inside and the pastel coloring. Then after many years again, I went back to another Bundt Cakes place somewhere else with my boyfriend, celebrating his 16th birthday together. My younger self would have been so happy to hear that. Funfetti--because turning 40 doesn't mean we can't still have fun, right? I added cream cheese frosting and it was so light and fluffy! It was a huge hit with our party of 20. The design was perfect, totally on-theme, and it became the center of attention the moment everyone walked into our Airbnb. They instantly knew they were in the right place with good vibes. The staff was top notch. We called to let them know we were on the way, and they gave us clear directions to their location in the strip mall (on the back side--FYI). This is the stupidest setup that I've ever seen for an order menu. When that person was done, I picked up the menu so I could view it closer as I do not have my singing glasses with me and the menu was tiny little print out of a regular printer. So then the next guy started freaking out like I was trying to cut in line. The people here on this valley (many foreigners) are too stupid for you to have your menus like this. You need to put them back up on the wall. Or else have several of them so that people standing in line can see what they want to order before they get up to the order window. Why would you take down your menu off the wall and replace it with a tacky piece of paper with a three dollar menu stand? I don't know it just seems like it's an awful confusing mess right now. All these people in the photo are trying to take turns looking at that menu. Everybody's cutting in front of each other to try to see it. I can't believe your employees haven't said something.
