You have to talk overseas to make appointments you have to do screening before your appointment. They closed the office with no notice no more inpatient visits it's all over the phone. They don't return phone calls. You can't get through on the line if and when you need a medication refill or a dosage to be adjusted. I was on hold for 45 minutes yesterday after I had been transferred supposedly to the med person. I'll be leaving here shortly and I'm sure many others are lined up to follow if they continue this.

When she had called to double check, it turns out that the appointment was never set, and the next available date isn't until February 2025. When questioned about why the appointment was never set, the receptionist states "that's why we encourage our patients to call in and check". So, based on this, Inland Endocrine expects their patients to double check their work and make sure they are doing their job? No patient should have to wonder if the office staff is accountable or not, and that they can properly set schedules. Now she has to wait an additional 3 months for an office visit. It's clear that patient care and accountability is not a priority here. Save yourself from the hassle and scheduling incompetencies and find an endocrine office that actually cares about their patients.

They offered music for me to listen to if I wanted but I wanted to listen to Dr Chock speak just in case he had more questions for me. He spent sufficient time in the room with me, thoroughly explaining my diagnosis, answering all of my questions, and performing an ultrasound on the spot. He is kind, caring, compassionate and a seasoned Doctor who takes his time in assessing you. For those people giving Dr. poor reviews because they have to sometimes wait long hours, please note that unpredictable situations arise daily and that will determine how the day unfolds. With that said, if you have an appointment for follow-up blood work and a toddler with a cough and high fever comes in.......it is not rocket science, they will likely take precedence. Maybe some of you have never visited an emergency room. Same concept! I too have experienced waiting hours to be seen with an appointment. Instead of getting worked up about, I understand that this is how it is at times and par for the course. All patients, and there are a lot, will get the same great service I get ....and THAT TAKES TIME. Prior to meeting Dr., in my previous 20 years of seeing other doctors, I have never had a Dr. assess me for more than 3-5 minutes and then send me off; I thought that was the norm. I say all of this because we have a high level of respect and praise for Dr. He has taken such excellent care of my husband and I, as if we were family. He and his staff always go above and beyond/go the extra mile to rule out a certain concern or illness and take whatever extra steps necessary for the issue at hand. I have personally experienced, and have also seen with other patients, where the staff work into their lunch hours to ensure all patients are taken care of. We know we are in great hands with Dr. So much so that when our insurance changed last year and tripled in cost, to continue with the same insurance that Dr. accepts, we discussed our options and finances in great length. We opted that is well worth the extra expense to continue receiving priceless, top-notch care (with no regrets). I hope you read this Dr. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being the one-in-a billion Dr. you are. We are so blessed to have you.

No one answers the phone , can't get ahold of no one to schedule/ reschedule appointments, I understand there really busy and the staff is always apologetic about it also kind, but maybe they need more staff or a phone clerk.... when we are in the room waiting to be seen other patients have walked in on my uncle one time it was during a physical, not only all of that the wait time is never less than 3 hours. I'm new to caregiving with him so I didn't no why he was taking certain medications I didn't no what he needed or what were his conditions so of course once I got with this Dr I didn't want to change to another right away it takes months to get on somewhere so I said to my uncle once we get all your blood work back and find out all your conditions we can move Drs and he agreed. Well unfortunately his appointment a few days ago went left ! It was the most uncomfortable, unpredictable, unprofessional experience I have encountered with a DR. We got to the dr office at 2 o'clock appointment was at 2:15. We didn't get put into a room until 3:10 once we got into the room the nurse said we had 1 patient infront of us about 30 min later I hear Dr Harvey Cohen laughing talking about personal things not Dr patient related I waited 15 min then I opened the door to use the restroom in hopes that he would notice me and go into the room and end his conversation. But unfortunately that didn't work. He was talking to the nurse by the way not even another patient, he ended up going into the room next door mind you there was one patient ahead of us. Smh so now another 15 min goes by it's about 4:15 " ANOTHER PATIENT WALKS IN ON US AGAIN" I ask the nurse when will we be seen at this point my uncle has asked to leave multiple times his bad is hurting he has kidney problems we were there for results to a very serious situation. The nurse said she's so sorry was very apologetic, got my uncle some water and told me I should let the dr know how I feel. Now it's 4:35 and the Dr finally comes in as I'm in the phone with my uncles insurance trying to change the Dr . As I hang up the Dr rudely says HELLO HELLO HELLO waves his hand towards my face ! I'm like hi , he's like how's everything been I said I would like to just take a min and let you know how my uncle and I are feeling , upset that is it's been about 3 hrs THEN HE INTERRUPTS ME ! And said aye aye aye no no no no I DONT WANT TO HEAR IT . I hear this to much as he's yelling at me ! I'm like excuse me ! First off that's rude and I'm speaking he proceeded to say the same thing I said this is your patient you should be willing to listen seems like you may be the problem here if everyone is expressing themselves. He's like are you going to shut up ? Shut your mouth if you don't I will get up and walk away I said so you're not going to listen to our concerns and he's like I will walk away he kept yelling it! He's like do you want me to read your dad's results I'm like it's my uncle shows how much you have paid attention. It's even on his notes. I said we have waited this long might as well read the notes. And he started looking at his paper work. I got a FaceTime call from my sister I answered and said hey at the dr I'll call you back. And the Dr stood up and yelled are you recording me !!! I said no o showed him and then I put my phone in my purse he then again said loud are you recording me show me . At this point I was OVER IT . I felt uncomfortable and we were not getting the results we needed we walked out to speak to management I let them know all of this. After we went home it was already 5:15 and the dr called my uncle didn't verify if it was him and stated he should go back to him and be seen the results he got in show some type of mass and it's possible it can be cancer that it's serious. LIKE WHO says something like that over the phone especially when you didn't verify if it was him and he's 83 years old with heart problems...

Being on medi-cal and finding functional medicine doctor has been life changing. Yes he takes other insurance. He gives me his time, knowledge and I have seen tremendous results seeing him. When I first found him after my first appointment the front office went a whole year without answering my phone calls or calling me back. Told it was a phone system issue. Now i finally got through this year and been back with him, the trouble still stands of reaching the office sometimes I have to call eight times a day before they finally answer or not; they never return a voicenail and my prescriptions are never filled when leaving my appointment. I've never had an issue calling my doctor to have my prescriptions refilled anywhere else and the front staff always blames the doctor, I'm not a complainer but they make me feel like I am a bother. This medication is important to my well-being. I feel like their front staff lacks compassion it's one thing that you're not greeted when you come in it's another to be put aside like it's not a priority when it comes to our health. They started doing blood draws and I told them I dont do well and they said I just need to not be anxious and when I started sweating and feeling dizzy they just sent me on my way I had to ask to sit in lobby which was so embarrassing for people to watch me while I try to pull myself together. I just go to quest where they lay me down and have ZERO issues with the blood draw. I have my next blood test in 2 weeks (3 months apart from previous) and have been without my prescriptions for a month. I am extremely grateful for dr lamberty but wish this cycle of having meds then being fully without them would cease and my care could run smoothly without worrying about trying to reach them. Last time I had to make another appt to see him just to get the refills this time I couldn't get an appointment before my follow up date appt already set. It is just irritating but worth it because the doctor is fantastic and the other doctors I have seen had very concerning treatment suggestions.
