I did not feel rushed as he explained every aspect of my visit and answered every question making me feel so very comfortable. The procedure did not last long but he was very thorough, and he was most definitely reassuring me that everything will work out well. Dr Chock's Nurse, Erin, LVN, brilliantly assisted him AND me in making me feel at ease. They offered music for me to listen to if I wanted but I wanted to listen to Dr Chock speak just in case he had more questions for me. My overall experience was better than going to the dentist for a cleaning and I could have done it again if needed. What a true group of professionals and I'm very happy. :-)

He spent sufficient time in the room with me, thoroughly explaining my diagnosis, answering all of my questions, and performing an ultrasound on the spot. He is very clear on exactly when my follow-up appointments will be for the next year if all goes well. In addition, when I send him messages through kp.org, he responds himself. You read that right. He responds to messages you send him; you don't hear back from a nurse. He has also called me personally to let me know test results and update me on what steps I need to take next. Thank you for your excellent care, Dr. Chock! I feel safe in your hands no matter what my future holds. If you are looking for an endocrinologist, see Dr. Chock ASAP!

He is kind, caring, compassionate and a seasoned Doctor who takes his time in assessing you. For those people giving Dr. poor reviews because they have to sometimes wait long hours, please note that unpredictable situations arise daily and that will determine how the day unfolds. With that said, if you have an appointment for follow-up blood work and a toddler with a cough and high fever comes in.......it is not rocket science, they will likely take precedence. Maybe some of you have never visited an emergency room. Same concept! I too have experienced waiting hours to be seen with an appointment. Instead of getting worked up about, I understand that this is how it is at times and par for the course. All patients, and there are a lot, will get the same great service I get ....and THAT TAKES TIME. Prior to meeting Dr., in my previous 20 years of seeing other doctors, I have never had a Dr. assess me for more than 3-5 minutes and then send me off; I thought that was the norm. I say all of this because we have a high level of respect and praise for Dr. He has taken such excellent care of my husband and I, as if we were family. He and his staff always go above and beyond/go the extra mile to rule out a certain concern or illness and take whatever extra steps necessary for the issue at hand. I have personally experienced, and have also seen with other patients, where the staff work into their lunch hours to ensure all patients are taken care of. We know we are in great hands with Dr. So much so that when our insurance changed last year and tripled in cost, to continue with the same insurance that Dr. accepts, we discussed our options and finances in great length. We opted that is well worth the extra expense to continue receiving priceless, top-notch care (with no regrets). I hope you read this Dr. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being the one-in-a billion Dr. you are. We are so blessed to have you.

Dr. Cohen is a kind physician who genuinely spends time with his patients and never makes you feel rushed during the actual appointment. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The biggest issue is the excessive waiting. It was common to wait approximately 90 minutes in the waiting room, followed by another 45 minutes in the examination room before seeing the doctor. While I appreciate that doctors can run behind occasionally, this happened consistently throughout my time as a patient. The office staff was often rude and unprofessional, and communication was extremely frustrating. You cannot reach the office directly by phone because all calls are routed through a third-party call center that handles multiple medical practices. As a result, getting referrals, prescription refills, or follow-up on medical requests became an ongoing challenge. I frequently had to call multiple times before anything was completed. Another recurring issue was last-minute appointment cancellations because Dr. Cohen was not coming into the office. I understand that unexpected situations arise, and I wish Dr. Cohen nothing but good health. However, these cancellations created significant inconvenience and became another pattern that made receiving consistent medical care difficult. During several appointments, our conversations frequently drifted to topics unrelated to my medical concerns, which often made the visits much longer than necessary and less focused on the reason I was there. I brought all of these concerns to the office manager, who told me he would address them with the staff. Unfortunately, despite that conversation, nothing improved. Dr. Cohen may be a caring physician, but the overall experience with the practice made it difficult to receive timely and reliable medical care. Based on my experience over nearly three years, I cannot recommend this practice and would encourage prospective patients to consider other options.

Then HRC Fertility was recommended for us and we met Dr. John Norian in in Rancho Cucamonga and very glad we did. He is a kind physician, easy to communicate with and have a genuine interest in helping us start a family. He offers many suggestions and preparations to achieve a successful transfer and on first try, Dr. N gave us 2 well-developing and healthy twins (now 2 years & 3 months old). The family that my wife and I wanted to start was made a reality for us and to that Dr. N, we offer you our heartfelt gratitude. The staff at the Rancho office was superb. Everyone is super helpful from reception, financial to nursing staff. Our personal nurse who guided us all the way through the entire process (Sandy Dong) is highly recommended. We were blessed with her love and care. She's extremely responsive to our needs and always available. I can't recommend enough this center and Dr. Norian for anyone seeking to start a family. His calm presence and confidence truly made all the difference for me. With my history of PCOS and insulin resistance, I always felt that Dr. Norian looked at my care thoughtfully and individually. I trusted him completely, and that trust meant everything during such a vulnerable time. Thanks to him, I am now pregnant, something I will forever be grateful for. Dr. Norian doesn't just practice medicine he gives hope. I will always hold so much gratitude for him and the role he played in helping me build my family. I will be back in a couple of years for my next transfer. I truly cannot recommend him enough.

Also, very encouraging & positive to help you make changes with your habits. I'm very thankful for the front staff as well. I've always received friendly calls from the girls & gentleman working on my RX or having to move my appointment. I do have to say, knowing that the medronic girl is only in on certain days, I make sure I do not cancel for any reason. The appointments do book up & do take a little bit for them to call you back. Being on medi-cal and finding functional medicine doctor has been life changing. Yes he takes other insurance. He gives me his time, knowledge and I have seen tremendous results seeing him. When I first found him after my first appointment the front office went a whole year without answering my phone calls or calling me back. Told it was a phone system issue. Now i finally got through this year and been back with him, the trouble still stands of reaching the office sometimes I have to call eight times a day before they finally answer or not; they never return a voicenail and my prescriptions are never filled when leaving my appointment. I've never had an issue calling my doctor to have my prescriptions refilled anywhere else and the front staff always blames the doctor, I'm not a complainer but they make me feel like I am a bother. This medication is important to my well-being. I feel like their front staff lacks compassion it's one thing that you're not greeted when you come in it's another to be put aside like it's not a priority when it comes to our health. They started doing blood draws and I told them I dont do well and they said I just need to not be anxious and when I started sweating and feeling dizzy they just sent me on my way I had to ask to sit in lobby which was so embarrassing for people to watch me while I try to pull myself together. I just go to quest where they lay me down and have ZERO issues with the blood draw. I have my next blood test in 2 weeks (3 months apart from previous) and have been without my prescriptions for a month. I am extremely grateful for dr lamberty but wish this cycle of having meds then being fully without them would cease and my care could run smoothly without worrying about trying to reach them. Last time I had to make another appt to see him just to get the refills this time I couldn't get an appointment before my follow up date appt already set. It is just irritating but worth it because the doctor is fantastic and the other doctors I have seen had very concerning treatment suggestions.
