I wanted to update my review as I am still a patient with Inland Endocrine. The environment there has really changed for the better. The staff are always friendly and hard at work, I always get call backs. My provider is very responsive to messages and really cares about what my needs and wants may be for my care as well. I really owe it to this practice that I am doing as well as I am, and have been able to have my second child, as thyroid issues are tricky when it comes to pregnancy. I've been seeing Dr Reddy for quite some years. It was the best recommendation my GP did!!! I am thankful for both Dr Reddy & Dr Jennie Dong. They are wonderful doctors!! They know exactly how to help with your Diabetes. I've been diabetic since I was 16 years old and I've seen numerous doctors. They know how to treat patients and help with your glucose numbers. Also, very encouraging & positive to help you make changes with your habits. I'm very thankful for the front staff as well. I've always received friendly calls from the girls & gentleman working on my RX or having to move my appointment. I do have to say, knowing that the medronic girl is only in on certain days, I make sure I do not cancel for any reason. The appointments do book up & do take a little bit for them to call you back. I know they have to download my pump & that takes a little bit of time. Other than that, I can't express how great this office is!! This place was awesome when Dr. Radha Reddy and her team were running it. The last I was there was three years ago. They scheduled my appointment three years out saying that's when I need to return. My appointment was for October 2023. I get a call saying I need to reschedule because she retired and the other doctor they had left as well. The doctors they have now can't do that date. So she reschedules me for December 2023. I get a call 5 days before my appointment saying, "since its been so long I have to get another referral because I am basically a new patient". First off I didn't schedule my appointment that far out the office did. Second why didn't you tell me that in October so I can get in with my doctor before my December appointment, instead of calling me 5 days before my appointment. I'm not going to be able to get in before my appointment. AND third, I did not appreciate that she tried to blame me for rescheduling. She said "since you rescheduled". No ma'am you called me to reschedule. I have a voicemail for proof. Very rude and disrespectful. read more

I am very surprised to see Dr. Reddy's reviews so negative. She has changed my life. I have been to 5 different doctors her being the 5th in order to control my conditions. She is incredibly thorough, and always takes the time to explain everything to me. Not only did she help me reverse my insulin resistance, but for the first time since my diagnosis 6 years ago of hashimotos/hypothyroidism my levels are in optimal range. She has been incredible. Some of the reviews here are very unfair. Wait times are everywhere. The people that complain about waiting, are the same people who will complain about a doctor not spending enough time with them. She in no way can predict what concerns patients will bring to her - which can mean some patients may require more time. But with that being said, I have never waited 2 hours like some reviewers have mentioned. As far as her staff goes, the front desk girls have their good and bad days but nothing is ever extreme. They do seem on top of their work even if they arent the most talkative or smiley. To give less stars because her staff didnt greet you at the door is INSANE. Getting a "hello" does not matter - getting cared for medically does. Scheduling can be tough, but as long as you dont cancel or reschedule your appointments often you should be good. Dr. Reddy is assertive, and straight to the point, and I genuinely think some people on here are mistaking that as cold, but she is in no way cold. She is a human being, and she is going to have good and bad days but I've been with her for a while now and she has always been great. If you want to be babied - find another doctor. If you have unrealistic expectations from staff like hello's every time you walk through the door, go somewhere else. This Doctor has retired! I showed up for my appointment that I had made a year ago and Dr. Reddy had retired. I was upset but had to keep the appointment because my prescription didn't have any more refills. I asked the staff why wasn't I notified and the receptionist said a letter was mailed AND emails were sent. I received neither. Sad, I was referred to this office a few months ago, I finally got in for an appt and saw Dr Heck I was told that Dr. Reddy retired. No problem, Dr. Heck seemed concerned and knowledgeable. Getting an appointment can take some time...And waiting your turn can take some time. She really took a long time with me, yesterday, because I had so many questions. I get very apprehensive every time I'm about to go see Dr. Reddy. She is very blunt, which I actually appreciate, however, she doesn't take the time to listen and doesn't explain anything. There is no warmth or compassion. She gives me contradicting advice each time I go there. The wait time is very long. She sends in a scribe to take notes before she comes in, then I have to reexplain everything I just said to her all over again. Weird. Her staff is not particularly friendly nor competent. I got 7 phone calls prior to my appointment to remind me, a little excessive. One thing that REALLY bothers me is they charge you $10 to get a copy of any labs you have done! To me, this is not acceptable. I am entitled to my medical records, I shouldn't have to pay extra above and beyond my copay and insurance to get 1 piece of paper. They tell you go onto the "portal" and print them. So I went on and had to reset my username and password bc it's been a year since I created an account, just to find that not all of my labs were uploaded onto the portal! Wtf. There was one available and each category was on a different page. 14 pages for 1 blood test! Going to the doctor should not be so difficult and stressful. Their job is to support the patient. My primary recommended me to go to Dr. Reddy to look over blood work and my hair loss. Why did they make my appt at 1 and make me wait until 4pm ?! I call back and she said I hung up which I didn't. Then says she is on another line and puts me back on hold for about the same time. So I got a referral to Dr. Reddy from my primary doctor and I called to get an appt and was IMMEDIATELY asked to see another doctor not her. When I am referred to a certain doctor, I want to see THAT doctor and I don't think that's too unreasonable. So then I was told it would only be a phone appt. How in the heck is she going to diagnose me over the phone???!!! Ridiculous! Not only that, but the next phone appt is not even until MID FEBRUARY!!! What a joke! This is by far the worst doctor we have seen. She was beyond rude. Her bedside manner was horrible. She scolded my husband and put him down. He was extremely sick and in need of medical treatment. We saw Dr. Reddy and she scolded him and told him he needed to seek phycological help. She put him on a medication regime (which was a joke and no help for any of his health issues)and told him not to call her if he didn't feel well. He needed to wait for his appointment. He ended up having multiple health problems. Including a blood infection. But he was told to see a phyc and not to call and bug her!!!!!! I would not see her if ahe was the last doctor available. When I was referred to doctor Reddy , I was some what sceptic of all specialist. Having seen few through the years during military service and as civilian. She changed my outlook. She has great bedside manners, very through in her exam, never in a rush to get you out, and most of all she is knowledgeable. She has great follow through in person or through her staff Until I was okay. Even after I was released to my doctor. When my wife found out she was diabitic and after spending a week in ICU, endocrinologist at Alvarado hospital in San Diego put het her on insulin three times per day with pills. Changing to doctor Reddy was the greaest move. She is on insulin once a day with minimum amount of medication. Her diabiets has improved. A year later she is on half of the medications that was prescriped to her by another indrocronoligist. read more

Dr Reddy and her PA were excellent! I couldn't be happier. They took a lot of time with me and thoroughly explained my thyroid diagnosis and medication prescription. They even ordered an x-ray to help with my loss of voice and upcoming ENT appt. I have lots of experience with medical appts with clients and my mother and I know a good doctor from a bad doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Reddy and her office. I had a short wait in the waiting room, but some doctors are worth a longer wait. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Reddy for about 8 years now. It looks like most of these low reviews on here have to do with the front desk and staff and not the actual doctor. It's true that the staff is not overly friendly, but they're not horrible either. Any way, I can deal with a not so great staff as long as the doctor is great, and Dr. Reddy is that! I have been to many endocrinologist throughout my life and I can point out a bad one a mile away! Dr. Reddy is very knowledgable and I trust her assessments and judgments. She is generous with lab work and running any needed tests, which i appreciate! There's a decent wait time to be seen, but that's true with any specialist who is good at what they do! She knows her medication and she knows how to service her customers I've been to two other endocrinologist whom were rude and made you wait a long time to be seen. Let me begin by saying Dr Reddy came HIGHLY recommend. It turned into the worst medical experience of my life. I was treated disrespectfully, she yelled at me and was very aggressive. Suffering from pain, memory loss and hair loss, weight gain (Hashimotos) as my symptoms, instead of reaching out and talking to me about my symptoms, she chastised me and treated me like a small child that needed to be schooled with condescension, aggressive combative behavior. I don't have issues with going to the doctor but she did create a dynamic where I was afraid to see her. I gave it three tries. Every appointment it got worse and worse. I thought I was going crazy I thought it was my fault so I talked with my husband and my sister and they both agreed she has some issues she needs to work out. Since then I've heard from other nurses and front desk receptionist that she treats her staff the same way. Other practitioners like my current doctor said she's lost the ove to practice medicine. My response to that is whether or not you love your job you just don't treat people like that. read more

I had to take 2 hours off from work unpaid to make it to my doctor's appointment. Waiting almost 2 hours u til the doctor walked in to see me. I was referred to her by my general doctor for my diabetes. Her assistant was very helpful and useful he talked to me and walked me my blood results and what needs to be done in order to lower some of the levels. When dr. Reddy walked in the office the first thing she said to me in the room was are you here on your own free will or somebody making you come. She was extremely rude and disrespectful she had no bedside manners and she also did not take the time prior to speak to me to see where I was coming from in my past what I've gone through. The technician gal who managed the check-in process was competent and knew her business. The gal who carried out the interview was knowledgeable and exacting. Finally, Dr. Reddy, a highly-skilled professional, set a path to help better manage my diabetes. AND!!!! I love the service Dr. Reddy provides. She is a great doctor and I've been with her for a long time. The only problem I had with her office is the waiting time. It is unbelievable how long you would wait to see the doctor. It is unrespectful how they assume that your time is not worthy. I take appointments and I fit them in my busy scheduled hardly, but I can't take my day off for only one doctor visit. Every time I come I'll wait at least 1 hour and 45 mins as a minimum range. AVOID AVOID AVOID... I've been coming here for the past year and it's the same thing every single time. Appointment is scheduled at 9:30, you sit in the waiting room until about 10:15 then get called in, finish line in sight right? Wrong! They put you in your examination room, say Dr Reddy will be in shortly and maybe 45min later you see her for the first time... After my 5th time going through this experience as I needed to get out of my appointment quickly to make it to work, I walked out. Almost as soon as I walked out I was dropped as their patient... Something I came to find out later when my prescriptions were denied when I attempted to refill... The way these independent offices work is by patients seen, so they don't get paid by insurance if you leave before being seen and they don't quite like that. Patients don't come first in this place, we are an afterthought. I changed doctor's, this place is not worth your time, save yourself the trip. read more

I saw Dr.Radha Reddy a few times in 2014 to get my type two diabetes under control she's really a good doctor the only problem I had was with the waiting, for example if I have an appointment at 1 PM they will not call my name until about 2:30 or 2:45pm. Then you wait in the examining room for 45 minutes to an hour to see the Doctor Who will only spend 15 to 20 minutes with you, then wait another 5 to 10 minutes for your prescription. So they really need to improve their wait time to get patients in and out faster read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Reddy's since May of 2012 by a referral from my primary doctor. I have read some of the other reviews and I did experience a very long wait at my very first appointment (3+ hours), but since that time, I've pretty much been taken right at my appointment time. (I drive down from Victorville to see Doctor every 6 months.) I find Dr. Reddy to be very thorough and she always takes time to discuss all my concerns. I never feel rushed. She goes over all the lab results and is attentive to all my questions, giving support and advice. The last two visits she's had interns working with her and they both were very helpful too. If I could give them -10 stars I would. We had to take time off of work to make it to her 3 o'clock appointment but she won't even seen until close to 4 we were not seen by the doctor until close to 5:15. The girls and the front desk we just crew list. Of course he took her car copayment right when we walked in before anything else. You were seen by a nurse assistant, and then I believe he was the doctor's assistant or a co-doctor. He was nice good bedside manner worked well I am spoke to us about bloodwork about a game plan to get his diabetes under control and what we could do. When Dr. Reddy finally walked in I guess her assistant told her something about the patient that he wasn't willing to do anything about his diabetes, we were there to see the specialist for his diabetes he had his shoes and socks off ready to be seen we paid the $40 co-pay I'm not sure why she came in and asked him why was he there was he forced to be there did someone make him come to this appointment, she gave him this long speech which some somethings I agree with but she should've attacked him so quickly should've talk to him and asked him how he was feeling it was going on what was his plan has it been taken care of them self. No right away she started telling him we can help you if you want to help yourself you know if you're in denial and that was it he was done we were both done. Already put a complaint in with the insurance company I called my primary doctor I called the bank because I'm not paying $40 and I'm gonna try to call the medical board and find out if she's had any kind of allegations or complaints. As you can see from all the reviews below Dr. Reddy is an amazing doctor! The only thing mentioned that is negative is the wait time but personally I would rather wait for exceptional medical care than be seen fast for average care somewhere else. Endocrinology is complicated and needs a personalized approach so she spends time with patients to ensure they are doing well. Dr. Reddy is dedicated and loyal advocate of her patients. She has a big caring heart and only wants the best for you. She shares in with your successes and it bothers her greatly in your failures. I appreciate her expert medical advice and the close way she watches over you. However, her staff could pay a little more attention to their clients. Yes, the ones who paying their checks-not the doctors. I know they can be very busy but just a simple "Please", "Thank you" and "How are you doing today?" to much to ask for? 01/2014 Trying to get ahold of a dependable staff member is almost next to impossible. When you call in and follow the telephone prompts properly you receive a message telling you that your pharmacy needs to send a fax. The problem I had is that I was at my pharmacy when they faxed this office, but still no response (used correct number). When you try to contact them online as an existing client of course you have to sign in. With what they don't provide this information. This is even after I used the doctor line to get through and requested this information. Because they don't want to have to deal with you. Try registering online as a new client but only new clients have access to get their sign on info. When I used the prompt for doctor's line I got through. Then they promised a call back. It has been over two weeks. I don't think they are going call. After all this mess I still need my prescription refilled so they informed me they will provide some from the office at no charge. OK sounds like they're trying but after driving 25 mins. to the office only find out they're lying because they don't have what they promised over the phone. read more

I called before my appointment to make sure that they had my paperwork from my general doc which I know was sent because I saw them send it but Diana at Dr. Reddys office said of course that they didn't have it. I had a feeling. So after waiting forever on hold to find that out I called my general doctors office and had them send it again. I call Diana back and she transferred me once and hung up on me once and put me on hold three times all for long periods of time. So I had to hang up and keep calling back and actually tell her that no she couldn't put me on hold anymore. It's my turn now and all I'm trying to do is see if you received my paperwork THIS TIME. Thank god that Jennifer answered the phone the last time I was on hold for ever or this whole thing might have taken 2 hours instead of 1. Diana you aren't fooling anyone we all know that you are leaving people on hold and transferring out of spite. You are verrrrrry childish and unprofessional.
