I searched for so long to find a doctor that would work for me. I based my decision solely on two…read morethings: #1 when you call, you get a real person. Not an automated machine to route you to someone. #2 reviews and their website. I had my first appointment yesterday. It was a 330p appt and I showed up at 333. I was supposed to show up 15 minutes early for paperwork but there was traffic coming down the mountain from Lake Arrowhead. Did they even mention it? Absolutely not. I was treated with the utmost kindness from every single staff member. To the girl wearing the tiny strawberry necklace, thank you for being so kind even though I was late. Thank you for doing everything to fit me into the schedule. I waited awhile and was seen around 415 but I was the one late 15 minutes and probably screwed up their whole schedule. Office-I am so sorry about this. Chris Salazar (NP) came in and was so warm and listened to absolutely everything I said. He immediately set me up for the right referrals and offered me relief from my horrid TMJ which no doctor has ever offered before. Two days into this medicine, I have relief from TMJ that I have not had in 20 years. Are they perfect? No one is. I think the biggest improvement that could be made is some sort of patient portal to send a note to your doctor or see your lab results. Or possibly a form created on their website to fill out new patient forms pre-appt. I am sure this will eventually come. I have found my forever doctor in Chris Salazar NP Thank you so much!

Dr Salimi did my surgery. She was so amazing right from the start. Her energy and attitude made me feel so comfortable and confident everything was going to go well. She delivered my baby girl safe and sound and I had no complications. The whole surgery she made me comfortable. She was also teaching a student that day. I was so impressed by her teaching ability's. She was explaining everything to them really well. She did my entire surgery and then when it came to closing my skin she was teaching how to close up the skin and guiding a student to do so. I felt so confident that my scar will be none existent. She was giving great instructions and really helping boost the students confidence. I didn't even realize till later that Dr salimi is a resident. Thats how good she was. I would 100% recommended her to anyone. They also had music playing in the background and it was my type of music. Made the experience even better. The whole team of nurses and Drs was amazing! The best experience I could have asked for. So much better than my first c section.

Yesterday, I went to the unit to visit (as I was previously invited to do) and to see if I could get a medical-grade suction bulb. My baby has severe GERD and a high risk of aspiration--she chokes until her eyes are red and milk shoots from her nose. Having the right equipment for her safety is not something to play with. The treatment I received from Nurses HELEN and JESSICA was unprofessional and retaliatory. I have previously reported these nurses for their conduct during my baby's stay. When I arrived, Helen brushed me off and intentionally sent Jessica to the door to confront me. Jessica looked me in the face and said, 'I know who you are.' She then stood there acting as if the supplies were her personal property, condescendingly stating she would give me one 'this time only' and 'reminded' me that they don't provide these once a baby has left. It is deeply disappointing that staff would use a medical necessity to power-trip and settle a personal grudge. To treat a mother this way when she is simply trying to ensure her high-risk baby can breathe safely is unacceptable. ARMC management needs to address the behavior of Helen and Jessica immediately. I will not be returning to this unit to visit again. Their lucky My baby has to come to the clinic or i wouldn't step foot in this Hospital. Unless it was to see my OB. Sorry Dr. R & Dr. B but your staff that represent that unit need to be better VETTED

Yooo I was being nice but now bump that!!! Fire this broad immediately, yes a job is stressful but…read moreyou dont take that shit personally, and you definitely dont take it out on a patient.. Coming into the office today as a walk in I was told at 10:30 am that they were at capacity and no longer taking patients for the day and if I'd like I can come back tomorrow. There were roughly 15-20 people in the room, and thats being generous considering im including myself my girlfriend and groups/couples. So I asked the gal if she can please take a look at my face and ask again because I clearly need the help. So she went to ask her "manager" as i had asked because i needed help. From the moment I walked in the "manager" was walking from computer to computer, and stacks of folders In her hands. She finally finds a stopping point and immediately says we are at capacity and are no longer accepting walk ins for the day. "People are here as early as 7 and on Saturdays we have limited staff, you can come back tomorrow" which made no sense being it was Saturday. so I asked her straight up, "are you really denying me care right now, look at me. Im not new here, I had a follow up appointment last week if not a few days ago that I unfortunately missed and yes thats on me but are you seriously telling me you guys cant see me" Now, at this moment I did ask for her(Ericas) name and Rosas name to let her know I was writing a review and that this sh*t wasn't cool. Erica then goes you can wait until 12 and if Noone shows up then you can have their spot. So being frustrated i said with an attitude how tf am I supposed to know if someone didn't show up? Erica responds in a smart ass response, "you leave your name and we call you" I said "what the fuck" and just looked at her gave her my information and she said she couldn't find my file and to hold on for second she needs to check with the provider because its not on her, its up to the provider. Now for the provider if this is true congratulations on making the entire office look bad . Im not even sure if she even talked with anyone as she was right there moving folders for while before disappearing to the back. When she came back she told me i now had to wait in the waiting room for 3 or 4 hours to be seen. I said thats not what you told me a moment ago and this was not cool at all. She then goes im just the supervisor, so I said I asked for a manager and was led to believe you were the manager, she then repeats, " im the supervisor, im the supervisor im the supervisor, come back monday to see our manager." I will update this review when I see my doctor and won't miss any more appointments and truthfully this sucks cause my doctor is fucken amazing but she was here today and I missed my appointment.

America's 78+ million baby boomers are coming their way and from our own personal experience with our elderly parents - it is very alarming to see how too often with elderly patients facing health challenges - Too many doctors nationwide are turning to the "Do Not Resuscitate (DNR)" as a mean of prioritizing where they spend their time or not. Nothing wrong with individuals and families having a DNR choice but under no circumstances do hospitals or physicians need to provide their judgement on presenting these choices as "Dignified" to let them die and implying that the other choice for "life" is less dignified - like an ER medication doctor presented us with after having been waiting in Kaiser Fontana ER For 6 hours. That was not right. On the other far side of the spectrum is: Dr. Arman Aryai, who should: 1. You tube Videos - First be doing you tube videos to help/train other doctors nationwide and as REQUIRED Training for ALL Personnel at Kaiser Fontana(including ER)on what is the proper way to treat the elderly and communicate with their families. 2. Head of Geriatrics Team - He was by far one of the top doctors we have dealt with nationwide who was "Human and Caring" but very clear on the treatment options/process for our elderly father. He should be made head or overseer of their geriatrics department at this hospital and let me be very clear - we have "0" ties or connection to this doctor. He was simply "Outstanding" in the manner which he treated elderly patient with significant health challenges.
