First the office staff are very professional and accommodating, next the clinic staff who takes your vitals are professional and ensure they use universal precautions to ensure there are no cross contamination from patient to patient. This is a biggie for me when it comes to doctor offices. Last, Dr. Rishi Majithia. This is my fourth appointment seeing him. I was recommended to him by my daughter in law who is a medical professional. I was initially very skeptical because doctors now days care more about money than the care they provide. Dr. Majithia, my first appointment he listened to my complaints and concerns, gave his feed back, made slight recommendations and genuinely seem as if he cared. By my second appointment he actually was able to repeat some of the concerns from the previous appt and made excellent recommendation. This let me know he actually was listening and taking appropriate notes the first appointment. By my third appointment he addressed all my medical concerns, started me on new meds which we both agreed, made legitimate realistic goals for me to follow and seemed as if he really cared about my well being. Again he was able to recite all my previous complaints from the past appointments. ((He really Listens). Today, I had my fourth appt. I can now say I have found a provider who is knowledgeable, competent, up to date with society and current medical trends. Knowledgeable of Diabetes, and is genuinely concerned about his patients. Seems he has a passion for his profession. When he took his Oath to be a doctor to care for patients he did it because he wanted to see a change in people and he care about people's health. If your looking for a doctor who cares about his patient's, current on medical knowledge, doesn't rush you during appointments, listens, there is no need to go further. Dr. Rishi Majithia is an excellent choice!

It absolutely breaks my heart to have to write this review knowing Dr. Laura Norton is such an…read moreamazing doctor she is kind patient and really informative. However any Dr is only as good as her staff. The Lady at the front desk Angie could not have made my already in pain and stressed mother more uncomfortable. I was appalled at this women's behavior. It is common practice if you've worked a single day in your life in customer service to SERVE YOUR CUSTOMERS. If someone asks you something while your clocking in or doing something on the computer you say "One moment, we'll be right with you" not give attitude like a 13 year old girl and say "can you At least let me clock in" because it is not our fault you're coming in when you are, with a bad attitude from the jump. Maybe do your job, as a receptionist and receive people that is the root word of your job: reception which is a synonym for receive. Try to not be disrespectful, crass, combative, and full on tyrannical in a clinical setting. My elderly mother was suffering from severe pain and your actions were not what she needed when she was already having a hard time. My mother is sweet and only responds the way she needs to when another person thinks they can make her feel insignificant as a smaller older woman of color. If she wants to talk to you in English that is her right Angie don't just assume people's preferred languages based on bias and then get upset about it. Maybe just ask? Weirdo behavior. And if you need to verify something with the doctor that is fine but don't accuse the patient of lying and call them out like a entitled guardian of care. How about you learn to be the bigger person as you are the receptionist and it's literally your job. And Angie maybe spend less time gossiping on company time with your coworkers about other people and focus more of yourself and becoming a better person because you have ALOT of work to do. I hope to hear back from the clinic with an apology and assurances this matter will be dealt with. And hopefully angie can take a customer service training to learn how to handle herself like a professional.

I used to have Kaiser and wait months for appointments. By the time I was seen, I was already "cured" of my illnesses because I tried home remedies or ended up in urgent care. With D. Ho, I have called when I need to be seen quickly and his professional staff has always accommodated me, despite his schedule being packed all the time. During my visits, he quickly remembers how my health has been during prior visits to determine how I am in comparison today. He makes sure to give me a quick follow-up visit to see if my condition worsens or improves, and he is quick to give me any referrals I may need. I thank him and his staff for the ongoing care I always receive whenever I am there. Thank you Dr. Ho and staff!!!

The level of care he provides is truly next-level, and something I wish every doctor strived to deliver. The nurses and office staff are also wonderful and incredibly helpful. Dr. Fakhoury has been our Primary Doctor for about 11 years. Hands down, the best Doctor anyone…read morecould wish for. He is kind, caring, compassionate and a seasoned Doctor who takes his time in assessing you. For those people giving Dr. poor reviews because they have to sometimes wait long hours, please note that unpredictable situations arise daily and that will determine how the day unfolds. With that said, if you have an appointment for follow-up blood work and a toddler with a cough and high fever comes in.......it is not rocket science, they will likely take precedence. Maybe some of you have never visited an emergency room. Same concept! I too have experienced waiting hours to be seen with an appointment. Instead of getting worked up about, I understand that this is how it is at times and par for the course. All patients, and there are a lot, will get the same great service I get ....and THAT TAKES TIME. Prior to meeting Dr., in my previous 20 years of seeing other doctors, I have never had a Dr. assess me for more than 3-5 minutes and then send me off; I thought that was the norm. I say all of this because we have a high level of respect and praise for Dr. He has taken such excellent care of my husband and I, as if we were family. He and his staff always go above and beyond/go the extra mile to rule out a certain concern or illness and take whatever extra steps necessary for the issue at hand. I have personally experienced, and have also seen with other patients, where the staff work into their lunch hours to ensure all patients are taken care of. We know we are in great hands with Dr. So much so that when our insurance changed last year and tripled in cost, to continue with the same insurance that Dr. accepts, we discussed our options and finances in great length. We opted that is well worth the extra expense to continue receiving priceless, top-notch care (with no regrets). I hope you read this Dr. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being the one-in-a billion Dr. you are. We are so blessed to have you.

I am truly blessed I found such a caring and compassionate Dr. I highly recommend his office to everyone. I have found the office's online portal very convenient and easy to use and like that they respond in a timely manner to emails. So far, we have only had one in person and one telehealth appointment (which was really easy to log onto) and found the Dr to be very personable and he seems to be attentive and thorough and didn't rush us through either appointment which is much appreciated so I can understand why some of the other reviewers have said that their appointments didn't start on time. (If your time is not as flexible, experience from another past favorite Dr has taught us that getting early in the day appointments reduced lobby time since wait times can get longer as the day goes on and Telehealth appointments are also great since you can do them anywhere and they are more likely to start on time). The Dr appears to be very popular, so appointments are scheduled out but if you have something urgent the office staff will work to get you in sooner.
