You have to talk overseas to make appointments you have to do screening before your appointment. They closed the office with no notice no more inpatient visits it's all over the phone. They don't return phone calls. You can't get through on the line if and when you need a medication refill or a dosage to be adjusted. I was on hold for 45 minutes yesterday after I had been transferred supposedly to the med person. I'll be leaving here shortly and I'm sure many others are lined up to follow if they continue this.

When she had called to double check, it turns out that the appointment was never set, and the next available date isn't until February 2025. When questioned about why the appointment was never set, the receptionist states "that's why we encourage our patients to call in and check". So, based on this, Inland Endocrine expects their patients to double check their work and make sure they are doing their job? No patient should have to wonder if the office staff is accountable or not, and that they can properly set schedules. Now she has to wait an additional 3 months for an office visit. It's clear that patient care and accountability is not a priority here. Save yourself from the hassle and scheduling incompetencies and find an endocrine office that actually cares about their patients.

1 star for front office staff I truly believe Dr Norman…read morelamberty deserves all five stars which is the basis of the five star review but if it wasn't for him I would have been out of this place immediately. Being on medi-cal and finding functional medicine doctor has been life changing. Yes he takes other insurance. He gives me his time, knowledge and I have seen tremendous results seeing him. When I first found him after my first appointment the front office went a whole year without answering my phone calls or calling me back. Told it was a phone system issue. Now i finally got through this year and been back with him, the trouble still stands of reaching the office sometimes I have to call eight times a day before they finally answer or not; they never return a voicenail and my prescriptions are never filled when leaving my appointment. I've never had an issue calling my doctor to have my prescriptions refilled anywhere else and the front staff always blames the doctor, I'm not a complainer but they make me feel like I am a bother. This medication is important to my well-being. I feel like their front staff lacks compassion it's one thing that you're not greeted when you come in it's another to be put aside like it's not a priority when it comes to our health. They started doing blood draws and I told them I dont do well and they said I just need to not be anxious and when I started sweating and feeling dizzy they just sent me on my way I had to ask to sit in lobby which was so embarrassing for people to watch me while I try to pull myself together. I just go to quest where they lay me down and have ZERO issues with the blood draw. I have my next blood test in 2 weeks (3 months apart from previous) and have been without my prescriptions for a month. I am extremely grateful for dr lamberty but wish this cycle of having meds then being fully without them would cease and my care could run smoothly without worrying about trying to reach them. Last time I had to make another appt to see him just to get the refills this time I couldn't get an appointment before my follow up date appt already set. It is just irritating but worth it because the doctor is fantastic and the other doctors I have seen had very concerning treatment suggestions.

They know exactly how to help with your Diabetes. I've been diabetic since I was 16 years old and I've seen numerous doctors. They know how to treat patients and help with your glucose numbers. Also, very encouraging & positive to help you make changes with your habits. I'm very thankful for the front staff as well. I've always received friendly calls from the girls & gentleman working on my RX or having to move my appointment. I do have to say, knowing that the medronic girl is only in on certain days, I make sure I do not cancel for any reason. The appointments do book up & do take a little bit for them to call you back. I know they have to download my pump & that takes a little bit of time. Other than that, I can't express how great this office is!! I've dealt with every single employee in here and have not 1 negative thing to say!! Thank you Dr Reddy, Dr Dong & staff!!

And the nurses claim that they get back to you within the same day but it takes them sometimes three days to get back with their patients when they have serious concerns. Which was a lie I think that this doctor no longer wanted me as a patient because I asked good questions that she could NOT answer! Terrible rude staff and very rushy, doctor.

He is kind, caring, compassionate and a seasoned Doctor who takes his time in assessing you. For those people giving Dr. poor reviews because they have to sometimes wait long hours, please note that unpredictable situations arise daily and that will determine how the day unfolds. With that said, if you have an appointment for follow-up blood work and a toddler with a cough and high fever comes in.......it is not rocket science, they will likely take precedence. Maybe some of you have never visited an emergency room. Same concept! I too have experienced waiting hours to be seen with an appointment. Instead of getting worked up about, I understand that this is how it is at times and par for the course. All patients, and there are a lot, will get the same great service I get ....and THAT TAKES TIME. Prior to meeting Dr., in my previous 20 years of seeing other doctors, I have never had a Dr. assess me for more than 3-5 minutes and then send me off; I thought that was the norm. I say all of this because we have a high level of respect and praise for Dr. He has taken such excellent care of my husband and I, as if we were family. He and his staff always go above and beyond/go the extra mile to rule out a certain concern or illness and take whatever extra steps necessary for the issue at hand. I have personally experienced, and have also seen with other patients, where the staff work into their lunch hours to ensure all patients are taken care of. We know we are in great hands with Dr. So much so that when our insurance changed last year and tripled in cost, to continue with the same insurance that Dr. accepts, we discussed our options and finances in great length. We opted that is well worth the extra expense to continue receiving priceless, top-notch care (with no regrets). I hope you read this Dr. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being the one-in-a billion Dr. you are. We are so blessed to have you.

In short: this program did not work for me, despite a full year of commitment and trust in the process. I'm a very active man in my 30s, and I was looking for a safe and effective boost--something in the realm of TRT-like results without going the traditional route. Unfortunately, Vitality RX did not deliver. 1. Misleading Progress & Poor Communication After six months, I was told my testosterone levels had improved based on their internal testing. However, I felt no noticeable difference--no changes in energy, recovery, strength, or mood. When I voiced my concerns, I was met with generic reassurances to "stay the course." The follow-up calls were short, rushed, and didn't leave any room for meaningful discussion. After a year, I saw an independent physician and discovered that my actual hormone levels didn't reflect the improvements I had been told about. 2. Repeated Errors & Lack of Accountability Throughout the year, I dealt with multiple shipping and prescription errors. For the price I was paying, I expected professionalism and consistency. Instead, I often received the wrong items, and the company would simply blame the pharmacy. That's unacceptable--Vitality RX is who I was paying, and I expected them to take responsibility. 3. Lack of Real-World Results Before signing up, I noticed something odd: there were no authentic user reviews or transformation videos on YouTube, TikTok, or anywhere else. That should have been a red flag. Now I understand why. In my opinion, this program is marketed as a convenient alternative to TRT, but based on my experience, it simply does not deliver results. If I could go back, I wouldn't have signed up. I hope this helps someone else make a more informed choice.

Reviews are one thing, but cold hard data doesn't lie. My 2-month follow up bloodwork showed my Total T level increased from 358 to 966 (+270%) and my Free T level increased from 8.0 to 22.1 (+276%) What's even more amazing is that, if you're in the LA area, they actually dispatch a nurse to you to draw your blood. I live in SF, but I was able to have my blood drawn at a hotel and at my friend's house. Talk about convenient!
