good work and super honest! I live in Denver and drive all the way down south just because I know I'm getting great service and a straight answer. read more

They broke my windshield while replacing my wipers, and tried to bill me $200 for the replacement. On top of that, the job was done so poorly I had to replace their replacement. Beware. read more

I completely recommend raceway auto repair. Their customer service is amazing. They're honest, patient, and explain all the "what if" that might come up when fixing your car. I'm so happy I found them on yelp. Will be going here for any future car repair need!!! read more

As a woman, I really appreciate Raceway. We've used them for a long time and they're like a well-kept secret. They don't lick their lips and wring their hands when a female walks in, unlike many other automotive businesses that like to prey on women and work up the visit to a frenzy. They are honest, good people here. They tell you what you need and what can wait. They also do some car repair work here. They don't advertise that part of the business much, as it's not equipped with many bays in that area. For repair work, schedule ahead. They are often pleasantly busy. For oil changes and the like, you can generally get in the day you'd like to. Don't hesitate to drop by. You will find their red and white signature cars out front! They'll send reminder cards when your oil change is coming due and you generally get a discount coupon for your next visit. read more

Positive reviews don't live up to the hype. Poor diagnostics, inexperienced service advisors, poor quality parts used, rusted on car almost immediately. Got the run around on a simple issue (which was not fixed correctly the first time), and ended up spending more money due to misdiagnosis. Had to take to another shop to get fixed correctly. Not going back to Raceway. Beware, better shops out there with more experienced staff willing to make it right. read more

My family and I have been going here with all our vehicles for years. They are knowledgeable, straightforward, honest, and utmost professional. They make you feel like family and cared for when you walk in the door. Highly recommend trusting them with all your vehicle needs. read more

You won't find better customer service! From the moment you pull up to the time you check out, you will experience friendly, honest and dependable service. A poorly made key caused my 1999 Lexus to "lock up" and I was unable to start my car. I called Raceway to see if they had any suggestions and since I live just a few blocks away, they came to my residence and fixed the problem! This saved me hundreds of dollars at the Lexus dealership. Who does that?! I highly recommend Raceway Lube Plus. read more

I came just to get some wipers but was very impressed. They explained all the options to me and were very patient. I felt like they really cared that I got the right thing for my budget and my car. They even attached the blades and filled up my wiper fluid for me. I think they understand that the service on the little things is just as important as the big thing. I would definitely recommend them. read more

Truly one of the best places to take your vehicle. They're a no bull $hit repair shop. Honest, fast, and friendly. I have been taking all my cars here for thr last 10 years. So long as I live in Colorado, this is where I'll go. read more

I had my SUV towed from Fort Collins because I had heard great reviews from my neighbors. When we arrived, both the front and back lots were completely full which was a good sign. They allowed me to drop the vehicle off anyway but I expected to wait a long time to get my vehicle back. Not only did they get to it the next day, they did some major work (timing belt and crankshaft position sensor) and returned the vehicle to me the next day. During the diagnosis and repair, Steve kept me informed the whole time including how much it might cost. The vehicle runs great and they charged me less than the original estimate. I couldn't be happier and Raceway Lube Plus has earned my loyalty. read more

Great customer service and quality work. Repaired a simple problem for free. I pass a half dozen service centers to come here. Highly recommended. read more

Don't settle for anyone else. I learned my lesson. I needed an oil change but only had time on the weekend so I went to a national-chain oil change place. Weeks later I had a leak in my driveway. Turns out it was because the oil filter wasn't put on correctly. I should have known better. The guys at Raceway are the best and so honest, hard working and trustworthy. Don't go anywhere else! read more

I love raceway lube along with Bob and Steve and their staff. These guys have saved me again and again since I moved here 2 years ago. Not 3 weeks after the move my car broke down Bob at Raceway dropped me off and picked me up when my car was ready. Since then I've come again and again. Whether it is for oil changes, wheel bearings, or even a quick tire fill when I was in a bind. (Note they don't do tires) the entire team at Raceway is polite, knowledgeable, and they remember your name and your story. These guys are my friends as much as my mechanics. I sent my family and friends to them and everyone has always been satisfied. I will never go elsewhere. read more

Great service and pricing. Good people. I have been bringing my vehicles here for a long time. Locally owned.

Raceway lube is hands down one of the best experiences when getting our car serviced. Steve was amazing, honest and never pushing anything that we didn't need, in fact there was some issues but he felt they didn't need to be dealt with until later on down the "road". I can surely bet if we would of brought it to the dealership they would of had a laundry list of the exact same things and then some that needed attention now. I can honestly say we will never bring our car to any other place for service. read more

I was a single mom with 4 teenage daughters. We bought a used Mitsubishi Galant which required a major service-replace the radiator, water pump and timing belt. ($1300) I have a bill from Raceway stating that these services were performed. 30,000 miles later the radiator blew up. When we took it in for service, the mechanic said the radiator was not replaced, just patched, which is why it blew up. Now the water pump is leaking and needs to be replaced. We are paying $1300 for those two services, which should have already been done and we should not have to redo these repairs. A couple of years ago, another daughter took her car in for repairs and was told that all 4 motor mounts need to be replaced for $1,000. I took the car for a second opinion. Only one needed to be replaced for a couple hundred dollars. I think these stories speak for themselves. I would never go here or recommend that anyone else ever go here for any reason. read more

This shop is amazing. They actually will help you and is a shop that can be trusted. I've taken my cars here for years and I've never had a problem. Bob has always shot me straight. I went in with a limited budget and he fixed exactly what was wrong and kept me within my budget. I would recommend this shop to my family, friends, and anyone skeptical with other shops. read more

My husband and I have been going to this place for years for most of our car service needs. Customer service is great here and they do a really good job every time. I trust their advice because they are honest people who do not try to squeeze more money out of me by doing unnecessary work on my car. I like that they send reminder postcards of my next oil change. I would recommend going to them. read more

Perhaps the worst mechanics in town. Went in for a simple radiator flush. Now the spout on the radiator is broken. Car had to be towed because low on coolant and oil thermostat was not operating. Additionally fans on the radiator after work had been completed now are constantly operating. read more

My roommate Chelsea told me about Raceway Auto Lube after her old rust bucket repeatedly broke down. Every time it did Bob got it back to her as soon as possible and did his best to ensure she would be able to afford every repair, whether it was a simple oil change or a new alternator, Chelsea only went to raceway. When I started bringing my car there for oil changes I was immediately impressed by the staff. They were professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgable. I felt like a friend first and a customer second, which is a rare gem to find in our customer service driven world. Unlike some dealerships, Bob is always so nice and honest in his pricing, going out of his way find finically suitable solutions. What is most impressive is how nice they are, in most situations they will pick you up and drop you off wherever you need to go. Recently I needed my back windshield wiper arm replaced and Bob went out of his way to get the correct pieces to make the repair. I would recommend Raceway Auto Lube to everyone and will continue to send my friends and family to the mechanics that I trust the most. Thank you Bob and Raceway family for being so great! They are truly a community centered business. read more

These guys rock!! Thank you Brad and Bob! much appreciated

First, I have not used these guys yet, but I wanted to. I sent an email and they called me back a while later. He apologized and took full responsibility for the delay. I explained my situation and he walked me through it and what he thought it would take. He mus have spent 10-15 minutes on me and because I was leaving town, he wouldn't be able to help me. I thought it was great the time he invested in me even though, because of my schedule, he would not have my business. If the opportunity arises again, I will definitely look to them first. read more

I would be hesitant to take my vehicle here. Some say they don't try to squeeze money out of you, but I am a machanic who has taken my vehicle there for the past couple of years. They have definately tried to do repairs that were not necessary, and today, they stripped the threads on my oil pan drain plug. They offered to replace it, at a huge price. The salesman even tried to tell me that aluminum drain pan threads wear out with time. If you overtorque anything, of course it will wear out with time, but it is not a natural occurance. I came into the shop with the original plug, and left with a rubber plug. Who is to blame? Seems simple to me. Why, as a mechanic, didn't I change the oil myself, you ask? I work in aviation and lately haven't had time to maintain my vehicles. Now I will have to make the time again because the most trusted service shop in the area, simply can't be trusted. read more
