He has purchased an extended warranty through the dealer that Circle had purchased in the same location. They stated that some items may not be covered and we understood that may be the case. We also were very understanding that it may take sometime. I was getting foot surgery so was not needing my car so the dealer having the truck was not the end of the world. Fast forward to December there was not much contact from the dealer to let us know the status of repairs. My husband reached out and they were waiting for parts. They also said one of the parts not covered would be over $1000 and after calling other dealers that the parts should have been less than half of the quoted price from Circle. We were patient although we had to postpone a planned trip which we needed the truck for. Now we are in late January and have been promised the truck would be done. The day we were supposed to pick it up they called and said they were having a problem with a brand new part and it wouldn't be done for 5 more days. We told them just put whatever back together and we will come and get it. We would not recommend Circle Jeep Dodge Ram at all.

Porsche told me to tow it in. Sounded serious. They inspected, called to say "I am going to transfer you to sales to purchase a new one" Then explained either that or I can pay 40k for a new engine (6 figures for a car 4 years ago and it needs a new engine) Left me with no loaner and no car for two weeks. After complaints and letting them know that every mechanic I spoke with told me the mechanics here destroyed your car, and multiple calls to Porsche NA (who informed me they will do nothing to fix the problem) I got a loaner, then "we can take 5k off the price" HAHAHAHAHAH. Weeks later I finally had it and gave a more aggressive call and then they come back with $15k off a $40k engine replacement. They then suggest to try insurance. So my insurance totals my car, says the repair cost is more than the cars value, and now 4 years, tens of thousands in yearly maintenance and 100k later I have no car. Cherry on top - they are charging me a fee for looking at the engine they destroyed and charging me for towing my car in (after telling me the tow would be free) Really? In regards to my recent experience with the repairs performed on my truck. I chose this shop in…read moregood faith, despite my insurance company's recommendations, because of the reputation and the positive reviews I had read. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. From the beginning, I have had to return my truck multiple times because the work was not completed with the level of care and attention I expected. After my initial repairs, I chose to bring my truck back for scratches that I chose to have fixed on my own accord. While I was there, I asked about having my decals installed. I was assured the shop would take care of them, but they were installed incorrectly. I then had to purchase an entirely new set of decals at my own expense which I had no issue doing providing they'd be done correctly again in good faith, postpone my appointment for my aftermarket parts, and rearrange my schedule to return yet again so the paint marks and decal issues could be corrected. What concerns me most is the repeated lack of care shown toward my vehicle. These were not isolated mistakes--they reflect a pattern of carelessness and disregard for both the quality of the work being performed and the time and money I have invested. Having to return my truck twice to correct preventable issues has been frustrating and unacceptable. To make matters worse, I made one very specific request: please do not wash my truck, as it had recently been professionally tinted. This request was clearly communicated and should have been simple to honor. Instead, it was completely disregarded, and my truck was washed anyway. As a result, I now have to pay to have my window tint redone--an expense and inconvenience that exists solely because my instructions were ignored. At every step, I have been the one inconvenienced. I have had to take additional time out of my schedule, make multiple trips back to the shop, delay other appointments for my truck, purchase replacement decals, and now pay to have my tint redone--all because of preventable mistakes and a lack of attention to detail. I trusted this shop with my vehicle based on its reputation, but instead I have experienced repeated examples of poor workmanship, disregard for my explicit instructions, and unnecessary inconvenience. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the number of preventable issues and the costs they have caused me extend far beyond what any customer should reasonably be expected to accept
