The employees won't flush their toilets after using the bathroom. Expect dirty stalls/toilets! Eww!!

Brand Spankin' new gas station located on the corner of EE Butler Blvd, right off of exit 22 (across from the QT gas station). This gas station is competitively priced against the other gas stations in the area, but they also have a Yogurt shop inside its main area. There are many pumps available and the machines are very easy to use. There is a lot of room to park, if needed..compared to other areas that are so cramped up. Only reason it lost a star is because of its location. Though conveniently located if you are going east...if you are going west, it would be much more difficult to get to. In addition, making the turn out of the gas station to get on I895S is a very short merge lane. read more

Excellent staff!! My sister and I stopped in to enjoy frozen yogurt. Hoping to taste-test the frozen yogurt flavors, we were puzzled when the sample cup dispenser was empty. We asked the staff and they very politely informed us that they were out of the cups. Not a problem; we chose our flavors and approached the cash resgister. I had an old punch-card coupon. Our cashier asked Manager Alex if we could use the coupon. She said yes and allowed for the coupon to cover our whole transaction! Also, the bathrooms were very clean! read more

There's nothing like stopping by a gas station when you're in a hurry and need gas and then getting delayed. I stopped by and ran into pre-pay for my fuel. I then got back to my car and tried to pump the gas only to find out that the pump wasn't ready. I pressed the call for help button and didn't receive a response. I then tried unsuccessfully pressing the buttons on the pump hoping it would work. I then pressed the customer help button and didn't get a response for another minute. When I received a response I explained the problem and they weren't able to fix it correctly. One of the customer service people came outside and asked me what my problem was; I explained that I prepaid for gas and the pump was not on. Finally after a little more back-and-forth they corrected the issue and I was able to pump my gas. The experience took about 12 minutes when it should've taken less than five minutes. What I expect when I go to a gas station is to pre-pay for my fuel, walk out to my car, remove the handle, pump my gas, and get in my car and leave. read more

This is my go to gas station. Customer service is always great. Prices are within reason and establishment is always maintained. I go out of my way to stop here before any others closer to me. Better service by far. I'm a loyal customer. read more

Terrible location for a racetrack. If you miss the turn you have to go through a light and turn around. If another station were closer I would have gone there. read more

These people are pretty nice but a recent experience I must share. I tried to get some diesel today at two of their pumps. Ended up going in to ask if it was just me and something I did wrong or maybe to alert them of an unknown issue. They said yeah we're working on the diesel pumps today. They neglected to apologize just kind of said it matter of factly. read more

I like Racetrac (and any other gas station that has competitive pricing) but getting in and out is terrible! I only stop there if it is an emergency situation because I will spend less time in the store or getting gas than I do entering and exiting the property. I do not understand why there is not another entrance/exit on 60 (Queen City Pkwy), there is plenty of room for a driveway in front of the store. As soon as another driveway is installed, I will become a frequent flyer. read more
