This new Racetrack has recently opened between Gainesville and Lula GA off Hwy 985. It is clean and nice looking. I was impress that they have a hot bar with food cooked not preservatives. There are plenty of snacks, drinks and other stuff to buy besides gas for your car or diesel for the truck. read more

Five stars for this convenient gas station that is located where the controlled access roadway transitions to being a regular state highway. I checked the GasBuddy and these folks, despite the super convenient location, had the cheapest gas in the vicinity by a couple of cents. Very nice and wide pump area with over a dozen two-car lanes. (Yes, please pull to the forward pump.) No trash on the ground, a very tidy gas station. I have never left a Yelp review before but, I had to for this place. After a long night with a sick baby, I stopped here to get coffee because I didn't have time/energy to wait for the pot to brew at home. Question for regular gas station coffee buyers- are all RaceTrac coffees absolutely disgusting or did I get a bad cup somehow? I have got coffee maybe 10-20 other times in my life from crappy gas stations in the boonies when something went wrong with making it at home and it was at least coffee flavored water each time. What I got this morning... I think might have been wash out water from an asphalt truck??? It smelled only 10% like coffee is supposed to, definitely chemical smelling like more then anything. It tasted like cleaner and made my taste buds feel like sand paper. Two sips (one while hot, the other after it cooled down some with me thinking that maybe some weird temp thing made it taste like dirty socks laundry drainage- wasn't the cause FYI) and rest went in the dirt. Is this normal? I don't know that I have ever got a cup of coffee from a RaceTrac before in those 10-20 cups but, I can guarantee you- I won't ever again, at any of their places. read more

The night before last, I took a break from work and needed to get some medicine. Racetrac was closest to me from work. I'm aware that the store stays open 24 hrs. I pull up to the store around 10:50 ish. The door was locked and some guy(a worker) and a customer( his friend) were hugging. He threw his finger up at me to wait. I'm patient so whatever. Another so minutes go and the customer/friend walked out with coffee and he's looking at me saying I'm sorry I'm closing the store. I said ok but you're a 24 he store. He just ignored me and shut the door. I felt really like upset because I needed to see if they had glucose tablets. I was a huge fan of the store but not anymore. That guy was really rude and a liar. read more

I've always came with my high school band and we have always loved this racetrack, I'm barley a sophomore and we have always stopped by here before we went to our competition and we always call before we get there so they can stock up on their food and snacks read more

The bathrooms are ALWAYS NASTY!!! For years I pass through and keep giving them a chance and consistently they are NASTY- the women's bathrooms are GROSS! Dirty diapers on the floor- out of toilet paper and paper towels. Trash on the floor. Smells bad. Always. I only go there If it's an emergency and I can't hold it to the next bathroom. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

Normally, this is a great place to stop for a truck driver on layover awaiting Kubota freight. It's open 24 hours, giving access to the bathroom and munchies. Coffee and pastries are fresh. Tonight (7/10/18), however, it is on lock down because of "short staffing." So there is no access to the inside, including the bathroom. I've been a Manager before. If the crew calls out, I'm in that store! I don't know what managers are here, but I'd be unemployed if I shut my store down because of scheduling issues. read more

This is the best spot in town for gas or a snack or a good cup of coffee. The choices for coffee alone would win this location 5 stars. One could build even the most difficult concoction imaginable. It's always clean and well stocked. The service is lightning fast and friendly. The selection rivals a small grocery store. It's easy to get in and out because of multiple entrances and a traffic signal right off the parking lot. I'll be returning often. read more
