I stop at this location once or twice a month and have always had excellent experiences. It is a very busy store with lots of traffic, but there is ample parking around the store for running inside, and they have plenty of fuel pumps, so on stops, I need fuel; there is not ever any wait despite how busy this location is. After dark, the parking lot and fuel pumps are very well-lit, and it is a safe place to stop. My wife will often stop here late when she works a late shift at one of the local medical facilities on Jesse Jewell, and she has not ever had any issues or felt unsafe. The store has large, clean restrooms, and the store is well laid out so you can find what you need and get in and out quickly. Inside the store, the aisles are wide, and despite lots of people, you never feel crowded or rushed. QT offers a huge selection of different fountain drinks, frozen drinks, and hot coffee. In addition, they offer hot food items, pizza, roller grill items, and all the snacks you can wish for. The staff are always friendly and helpful if you find something needing stocking or replenishment. They work hard to keep the trash cleaned up and the store moving. The cashiers run very quickly and are normally operating two POS terminals to keep the lines moving. There is seldom any wait. The grossest smell outside ever- I guess the chicken plant or the humane society or the recycling center but GAG GAG GAG. And the parking lot has trash everywhere and cans are overflowing with trash. Such a cringy place- donuts looked a week old and for some reason they had enough bananas at the counter to feed a damn circus. And it annoys me that they charge so much for fountain drinks- floor was greasy and slippery, drink station was a filthy mess, and you'd never catch me dead eating anything from their ready to go section. Quik Trip never fails to offer some of the lowest prices of gas in the area. I've never actually went into the store itself, but from what it looks like from the outside, it looks clean and well maintained. The trash receptacles are emptied daily (never saw one that is overflowing), and the water that is in with the squeegee looks relatively fresh. I typically see a worker walking around and maintaining the pumps area as well. read more

My husband and I are regulars in the morning to get coffee. Lately, when we go in the coffee bar and coffee beans are empty. They hardly ever have the creamer, sugar, cups, and stir sticks stocked. And it is always nasty with coffee stains all over. The garbage is overflowing and when you ask for assistance, the employees look at you like you have three heads. Cheats customer on change and doesn't give a receipt. Them doesn't even mention shortchanging the customer until I say something. I told him he wouldn't like it if I shortchanged him. Blank stare. Stop stealing. There is no coin shortage. Shop anywhere other than QT. They are losing customers fast due to theft on their part. read more

It's great to finally have a QT closer than Oakwood and boy is this one awesome. Cheap gas, although I mainly still hit up Kroger across the street for that, great selection of products, a grill and pizza bar. I also love to see all the flavor a of icee they have, great variety.
