Everyone is so kind and the pharmacist always goes above and beyond to make sure I get my medicine. it's just a big deal when people are helpful to a person on disability. it's beyond appreciated when people go above and beyond for an older person. Sometimes I think I feel like I'm annoying to people because of my not understanding everything and not knowing how to ring out things and just Simple things that boomers don't always get these people are just super kind and I cannot recommend them enough if you're going anywhere else you need to change and come here although I really love getting in and out of here as quickly as I always do even though they're always packed I still recommend them. Rude Customer Service on 10/2/25 from daytime front store woman. Backstory I ordered online two…read moreitems to be delivered. I also got two prescriptions refilled for delivery. Both items were charged to my bank account as it should be. I received an email for the but never for the in-store purchases that I made. I made four separate phone calls to the rude woman at the front of the store, and each time all she could say is that she couldn't help me. It was out of her hands, on my fourth call to her to find out where my delivery was she said she didn't know. The lady had picked it up two hours prior to deliver to my . It was not delivered. I asked to speak to the store manager and she told me that he would not be able to help me either that I needed to call 800 shop CVS. I ended up going to the store and asking for the manager and he told me the same thing that I had to call 1- 800 shop CVS. Which I did and guess what my in-store order was never processed even though the money was taken for my account, according to the so the money was taken but the request never made it to the store. So I was lied to by the front store, woman and the manager. My solution to this as I went to Walmart and bought the two products I want it delivered for half the price. I have also now transferred all of my prescriptions to Walmart, which is about a half a mile from my house. The moral of this story as we get to choose where we spend our money. We get to choose if our heart earn money being spent in a store needs to go towards rude customer service. Back in the day this CVS and Oakwood took very good care of my mom and my dad and it makes me wonder where went to.
