He came over the next day, on time. He spent time teaching me about what he was going to do, discussed a couple of options and let me make the decision. Martin did an amazing job with our doorbell installation. We didn't have any power previously ran to the location and also have block construction. we got several quotes but all of them resulted in some kind of exposed wire or using an AC adapter and we weren't very excited about that. He was able to cleanly get power to our video doorbell with NO wires my working with the existing wiring in the block wall. I had high expectations given the rating and was more than satisfied and happy with Martin's professionalism. I needed him to check my DIY front porch light replacement, there was a short of sorts, turns out it's the switch. He also fixed a non working switched outlet in my living room. It was so complex, no way my diy ass was going to figure out that mess of wires and connections. He was way cool to talk with, I asked some questions, he explained some stuff. Wasted a whole weekend waiting for this guy to show up. He said he'd be here between 8-12 Saturday morning. 12:30 comes around with no contact so I messaged to ask if he was still available. He said yes and that he'd squeeze us in. Never heard from him again. It's Tuesday afternoon now.
