Horrible diesel mechanic that performs my far NOT quality work. Bob the owner hides from his customers when confronted, provides inferior work, has sloppy tech named Tim that works in his shop and put his poor secretary In the middle of his mess. If you want any repair taken care of on your vehicle being diesel or gas i highly recommended steering clear of this low Performance shop. They are extremely high in price for the type of work they offer, poor warranty if any at all, sloppy, unprofessional, rude and don't care about repeat customers. Don't go off of their good reviews as for you will be miss guided as I was myself when deciding to do business with them. read more

Had my work tag along trailer in for inspection. Needed a complete brake job on two axles, brake shoes drums and brake kits. Brought the trailer before the inspection date to see if it needed brakes. Told my boss he could not get the drums off so yes it needs everything. Fine can agree with that but the trailer was parked in the same exact place never moved lugs had no marks on them to show they were taken off and I was able to back to it and hitch it with out adjusting the tongue jack, because he never look at it. Took longer than told. Came to pick up trailer and no one was at the shop at 8am. Backed to trailer, bumped it and it rolled back off the tongue jack block. Why you ask? Ends up the trailer brakes were never adjusted, they were completely backed off. Upon further investigation crawling under the trailer the trailer was not greased either which should be part of a brake job especially since I told Bobby the importance of greasing the trailer due to its constant use. Needed a tag light to be replaced was not installed when I first showed up to take the trailer. Had a new inspection sticker on the trailer set for 12/21 expiration tho the inspection was preformed March 2021 which is to be an expiration date of 3/22. So incomplete brake job, improper inspection due to a tag light was not repaired but new sticker affixed, and expiration date shorted 3 months. Then a pair of wheels just about fell off due to lug nuts falling off due to not being installed correctly obviously, destroying two rims and the mounting hub. Then sent an estimate to my boss to fix what his shop destroyed. That is brazen as hell. He is a hack! He's worked on other vehicles in our fleet and is just a parts replacer. Throw this part on it $$$, swing and a miss, throw this part on $$$, swing and a miss, throw this part on $$$, ok we got it now. Makes money either way. Must use you tube as a repair guide. He blocked me on messenger asking how there is an estimate when he damaged our equipment and did a faulty inspection?!? DANGER STAY AWAY!!!! Previous week explained an issue I was having with an oil leak from the transmission only when the pto was engaged, expressed to him I thought the pto was leaking air and pressurizing the transmission pushing oil out the input shaft area. He got under the truck confirmed it was leaking oil when the pto was engaged and said the truck needs a new transmission $$$. Took to another shop they rebuilt the pto due to wear parts were worn out. Fixed the issue, no transmission needed. WARNING WARNING WARNING HACK HACK HACK. No one is perfect, things get hectic but to be like this is dangerous and could have led to an accident with very bad consequences. read more

Just a little over 10k miles on a new motor to have nothing but issues with both repairs done and this shop. Nice to know that the owner Bob who runs a certified diesel machanic shop that was paid good money to do a complete engine overhaul, would think it's a good idea to install used accessories that were in no good of condition to hold up with the new motor being installed. Thanks to your inferior workmanship and cutting corners caused a used old pulley on ac compressor to seize up causing the serpentine belt to snap and tangle into the harmonic balancer creating a major mess. This poor judgment of such a simple task of just looking over the bearings to see the condition of them, explains the reason for your other poor judgment and quality of work done throughout the entire process of engine install. The day you finished installing the motor to simply call me to say your work vehicle is finished but you'll need to have it towed to Mercedes to have them finalize the programming since you didn't have the software to clear codes etc. With that said cost me more money just for Mercedes to call me to explain that your testing of fuel injectors were incorrect along with plastic manafold was cracked causing the vehicle to not run correctly. The only credit I give you through this experience was making that portion right by giving me a credit for the fuel injectors that were paid for to be tested after Mercedes had to prove you were at fault. Following the next month I had to bring the vehicle back to you due to oil coating the engine block from a leak someplace. You claimed in a text that I still have that the leak was found and that the sealant around pan had to cure for 24hrs before I could have the work van back. Little did I know until now that the AC compressor has to be replaced, exposing the motor that you had used some type of JB weld to repair a crack in the housing of the upper pan on a new motor that came to you as a complete drop In from Michigan. I had clarified with Steve from US engine productions that the motor they supplied you was free of damage and not a junk yard motor nor would that be something they would ever install to a motor they distribute in the 40 some years of being in business. Lets not forget the month following the oil leak fix it had to return to your shop due to a broken sensor on the turbo manafold causing it to need towed down to you again that your tech Tim wanted to fix my using RTV to keep the broken sensor from falling out until I had to explain that's not the proper way to fix it. Then again a few months later antifreeze is leaking and check engine light is on. When trying to confront you about the matter in person, being text I still have showing you we're not responding to my concern your secretary came back to the office to tell me you were in boat mode code word for not wanting to deal with me. If you can remember I stood outside your personal boat at your shop for 20min until you realized I wasn't going away just to tell me to leave it hear and we'll look at it when we have time. I guess your personal projects during your time at the shop come first before a customer that spent over $20,000 with you on one invoice. Don't forget you charged me to change a simple overflow reservoir and to clear a engine code that came right back on after pulling out of your shop for another $700. To top of your poor quality workmanship and what you stand by, when confronted over a year later again because the motor is now exposed due to AC compressor gone bad the transmission dip stick tube is missing. The bolts for brackets are in place but not dip stick tube leaving a quarter size hole open on top of transmission for over the past year. Again when you were confronted kindly about the matter you left it up to your secretary to past the word on for me to take it to another shop. It is now at another shop with them clarifying that an apoxy was used and dipstick tube is missing causing thousand of dollars in new repairs. Again you hide from me when confronted instead of making it right. This vehicle since my ownership with a car fax for proof alone with AAA tow reports shows it has been only to your shop multiple times and to Mercedes once to correct your mistakes. It now sits at "Transplant Transmission Complete Auto Care & Diesel" who are repairing the now seen patch jobs and mistakes you made during install. Even when they as a shop themselves called you avoided the issues being it's been over a year. I'd wish you could clarify how these problems should be looked for or noticed by the customer directly after your work when the customer that paid you at the time had trust that the job was done correctly. It does take time for issues to arise when things are patched and parts are not put back in place after being removed by your shop with photos to back up all these complaints. read more
