As he selected "flat repair" a window appeared with "$20" for payment. I saw he changed the cost from $20 to $40. Blatant rip off! In the past, I've paid $15, $20 for flat reapirs. Never $40. If a flat cots $40, I can't imagine brakes or oil change. Go somewhere else for your repairs.

Purely a rip off. Tires are in great condition. They want me to change tires in their shop. We did not get a sticker there but paid the full price. We then went to a dealer shop. No problem. Got a sticker right away. Just went to a third shop for a re-check. The third shop said no problem for the tires, as well. I am sure you don't want to pay someone to screw you up. =========================================== Oct-07-2021 The comment was made 3 weeks ago. For some reason, the comment was made in Google but was invisible. Who knows what this crazy guy did to the post? The manager of the shop replied. He purely lied to people. My car runs great and nothing wrong with the tires. I got the stickers from big certified shops. The truth is that this manager forced me to change tires in his shop to get the inspection sticker. He has been extremely mean at me and kept lying to people even in the public space. 1. I made the appointment at 8am. You agreed the appointment. But you made me wait for 30minutes. It is not my mistake to come to your car shop on time. It is your fault to break your appointment. Shameless! 2. My tires have not problem. Multiple car shops, including Honda dealers approved my car. I got the sticker. You forced me to change tires in your shop to get a sticker. You just want to make money. My car had only run 36000miles. The tires have many miles on them. Are you kidding me? 3. You run a shop to make money. But your heart is dirty, so is your money. Try to do the right thing. Tell people the truth. Be a responsible and reliable citizen.

I asked Jack about having work done on a scrape on my front bumper that was not related to the accident. I asked him about prices about for a part for the front bumper, and if it was possible for me to bring in the OEM part from the dealership on my own. As soon as I said that, he replied "Do you bring your own cheeseburger to McDonald's?". Instead of calmly answering my questions, he stated yelling at me and was extremely rude and profane. It seems like as soon as you raise any concerns with this shop, they get hostile and start yelling at you. This is absolutely no way to treat customers, no matter the price or the quality of the work. Don't know if I would recommend this shop in the future because god forbid they don't like something you say and they start yelling at you too. UPDATE 6/29: Just received a call saying to pick up my car. The associate on the phone said "We don't do jobs for customers who leave scathing google reviews". This is the most unprofessional, and discriminatory shop I've ever dealt with. DO NOT GO HERE, you will be slave to their questionable business practices and when you begin to ask questions, they verbally harass you and then refuse to work on your car. Instead of listening and caring for their customers, they bully them around and expect a thank you in return. UPDATE #2 6/29: Another bodyshop called Classic to let them know they would be transferring the vehicle tomorrow. The associate on the phone immediately started yelling at the lady from the other bodyshop and told her "I'm gonna leave his car parked in the street with his windows down and the keys in the ignition!". I'm shocked at this point that Classic is frankly still in business and that customers tolerate this kind of treatment from a business owner. Definitely looping in BBB, and also Audi of America to let them know what kind of business they are partnering with.

HOWEVER, I recently called to have a potential end-of-life check done on my car, and I was told it would be done, I wouldn't be charged, and I authorized no further work. The specific check I requested was simply for someone to drive my car up the street, and let me know the origin of the noise it was making. *NO FURTHER WORK WAS AUTHORUZED.* I ended up being charged for both the check, and light replacements that I hadn't authorized, which totaled out to almost 200 dollars. This is behavior I'd expect from a shop being run out of someone's garage, and not an established shop where I've brought my car for service on multiple occasions. I am now almost 200 dollars further away from being able to pay for the repairs, and this might clinch my decision to get rid of my car, which is absolutely disastrous for my life.
