My insurance took a while to send the supplement over to JJ, but once JJ Auto Body received it, they got started right away, which I really appreciate. I just wanted to keep you all informed on what's going on. JJ Auto Body has continued to impress me throughout this entire process. We came in, and Ruben found out that the pipe connecting to the catalytic converter was messed up. He offered a reasonable price, fixed it in 30 minutes, and the problem was fixed! He showed us the new parts he installed, and also showed us exactly what was wrong before. He also offered a 1 year warranty. Miguel was also very nice. Another great plus is the reception area.
