I came in and asked for my signal light to be replaced as well as my oil and filter changed. I was told it would be ready the next day since I came in around lunch time. I brought the supplies required but I brought the wrong bulb so they used their own which is fine. I just don't know in what world it is okay to charge 79$ for a signal light replacement EVEN IF they used their own light. I bought the wrong one but they're not selling bulbs for more than 10$ at the auto store. As for the oil and oil filter I do understand I have a diesel so I'm always charged more but 99$ feels like a lot especially since I brought my own things. Everyone I told about these prices said they said it was overpriced. I don't really know much about cars or what things cost in this area which is why I was asking all my friends but I'm not coming back because I feel like it was pretty pricey and this was with a 20$ discount from the mailer.. I'm kinda disappointed because I really wanted to support a small business but never mind. They did get the work done and were very nice so this is why I gave 4 stars. Pricing is really personal so I'm just sharing my experience so you can make decisions best for yourself!

I had the both the water pump and timing belt replaced at a dealership just over a year ago and was shocked that the dealership had improperly installed the timing belt. Fortunately Chris and the mechanics at the Auto Doc caught the timing belt before it broke. Highly recommend.

I took my car to T&S around noon, talked to Marci, and she told me they would take a look and call me back. Around 2:30ish I received a call and my car was ready to go. Marci showed me photos of what the underside looked like and what they did to repair the damage. I consider myself very lucky to have T&S take care of the damage in the manner and timeframe they did and also for the price I had to pay. Amazing. And the concern shown towards me, the customer, is just not prevalent in most businesses today!! Thank you.

I have known Gary Flores for many years and he knows cars and how to treat customers and, lucky for me, is with Master Care Care now. I began to think I had made a mistake when the top would not go up and down as it should and I had a terrible noise in the trunk. The thought of going to a BMW dealer was troubling and, most certainly costly. He told me the dealer is a salesman. He is a mechanic. A single woman friend went to Fixers. Tarfin made an adjustment, closed the hood and repaired the problem, She asked how much she owed him, thinking that as a single woman he was going to charge her an arm and a leg. He told her he just did an adjustment and she did not owe him anything but to come around when she really needed work. He charged her a handshake. Honest and competent.

Called and got a quote first for new brake pads (I think it was $185 but can't remember for sure) and then got a quote for brake pads and rotors, which was $450 including labor. But it turns out I put it off for too long and also needed new calipers. He lifted my car up and showed me how they were leaking brake fluid. And this didn't surprise me because I could feel my car was no longer braking. He finished everything during my work day and only charged $1,000. Ryle is among the top three mechanics I have ever used and had by far the fastest turnaround of them all. I can't recommend this guy enough!
