I came in and asked for my signal light to be replaced as well as my oil and filter changed. I was told it would be ready the next day since I came in around lunch time. I brought the supplies required but I brought the wrong bulb so they used their own which is fine. I just don't know in what world it is okay to charge 79$ for a signal light replacement EVEN IF they used their own light. I bought the wrong one but they're not selling bulbs for more than 10$ at the auto store. As for the oil and oil filter I do understand I have a diesel so I'm always charged more but 99$ feels like a lot especially since I brought my own things. Everyone I told about these prices said they said it was overpriced. I don't really know much about cars or what things cost in this area which is why I was asking all my friends but I'm not coming back because I feel like it was pretty pricey and this was with a 20$ discount from the mailer.. I'm kinda disappointed because I really wanted to support a small business but never mind. They did get the work done and were very nice so this is why I gave 4 stars. Pricing is really personal so I'm just sharing my experience so you can make decisions best for yourself!

I had the both the water pump and timing belt replaced at a dealership just over a year ago and was shocked that the dealership had improperly installed the timing belt. I was expecting this to be a relatively cheap repair considering it's a fairly easy job. Now I completely understand that a shop has to pay their techs and make money but they charged me 149.99 for an IGNITION SWITCH. Normally a $14 part. They also didn't run the price by me which made me think that they were going to be reasonable. If you're going to mark up a part 10x, don't you think that would be something you should run by your customers first? So I walked out of there paying $490. For a 14 dollar part and a solenoid ($60). On top of all this, they uninstalled a kill switch without telling me and they also uninstalled my trackhawk security system. Once I brought this to their attention they told me to go back to the installer, which I had to pay another $150. If they were unable to reinstall something, they should've let me know first. Also now I'm having other electrical problems within the car. I am not accusing them of anything but I was not experiencing these problems before I had them work on it.
