He's out here operating with a suspended license, stiffing the demo crew who tore out our flooring, and leaving us with a destroyed home and a half‑finished job. His installer barely got 10% done before the entire crew disappeared without a single word. I've tried calling. I've tried emailing. I even showed up at the local office -- all I got were pathetic excuses and zero accountability. The demo company and I have already filed complaints with the contractors board and the financing company because this man thinks he can just take people's money and run. How does a grown man blatantly steal, lie through his teeth, and operate with zero integrity? Every response he posts to negative reviews is defensive, rude, and dripping with shady behavior. He cannot be trusted. Nothing he says is real. And I have the documentation to back every bit of this up. I wish I had dug deeper before hiring him. If I can stop even one person from getting screwed the way we did, then at least this disaster serves a purpose.

Great service, fair pricing, and beautiful work!…read more I found this company through their Yelp reviews and messaged them through Yelp. They responded in less than 15 minutes and were able to schedule a free in-home estimate. Robert arrived right on time, helped us choose the right carpet and color, and gave us very helpful advice. The pricing was very reasonable and transparent, so we decided to move forward. The crew came just one week later, right on schedule, removed our old carpet, and installed the new carpet beautifully. The entire process was fast, professional, and hassle-free. We're very happy with our stairs and would definitely recommend them!

Total pain to deal with. Installation issues, excuses, inaccurate invoice balances and on and on. 3 months to get just two rooms of carpeting done. No way I was going to hire that company again for this next property I'm redoing. So, I stop in to Serrano Flooring to see what this place is about. Upon entering the building, it's amazing! WOW! Immaculate, MASSIVE selection of tiles, slabs, carpets...any type of flooring, counters etc you can think of are here. And, everyone so helpful. We were left with unfinished floors, poor workmanship, and a huge mess to figure out. That's when Serrano Family Flooring stepped in. They immediately helped me figure out what we needed, assisted me with ordering the additional flooring, and got our project back on track. They completed the installation in a timely manner, and the difference in workmanship was incredible. The entire crew was awesome -- on time, professional, neat and clean, respectful of our home, and true craftsmen. Our new laminate flooring looks absolutely beautiful. And my experience with Serrano went beyond the flooring. Melissa in the store helped me choose gorgeous natural limestone for our bathrooms, and Angel took an inspiration photo I showed him for our fireplace and turned it into a reality. After such a stressful experience with the original flooring company, having Serrano Family Flooring come in and take care of everything was such a relief. They showed up when they said they would, took pride in their work, and made sure everything was done right. I am incredibly grateful to the entire Serrano family and team.
