Of course this happened late in the evening so we had few options. We took to calling a number of plumbing companies but quickly ran into a wall of answering services and no returned calls. Needless to say this was frustrating as the water had now filled the shower and was starting to run throughout the bathroom. John was upfront and honest, letting us know there would be an additional $300 charge for after-hours service and suggesting we wait until the morning if it wasn't an emergency. We appreciated the transparency and decided to wait. The next morning, the team at ACPS was excellent with communication. Gavin called to let me know he was running behind due to traffic and provided an updated arrival time, even though he was still within the original service window. That level of communication is rare and greatly appreciated. After troubleshooting the issue, Gavin took the time to call and clearly explain what he found, where the blockage was located, and what caused it. What impressed me most was that he didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs or suggest replacing the entire drain system. Instead, he explained the issue, resolved it, and simply made me aware of a potential future concern so I could keep it on my radar as preventative maintenance. Honest, professional, communicative, and knowledgeable. Overall, I was very happy with the service and will absolutely use ACPS again in the future.
