I called Echo at the recommendation of the company that made my septic control system. The coordinator said the guy would be there at seven. The confirmation email said nine he showed up at 12. He informed me that there would be a $450 diagnosis fee for showing up and any additional work would have further fees. I told him not to do anything, but then he agreed that the 450 would be applied to any work he diagnosed one of my pumps has been clogged. It would be 950 to unclog the pump. Once he cleaned it up he realized it was broken and couldn't be fixed at the end of the day. I paid $950 and nothing was fixed and he showed up five hours late. read more

I am honestly impressed with their work. I had an emergency for like 4 days with my shower. I kept thinking I or my husband could fix it ourselves lol YEAH RIGHT! I finally gave in and contacted them and they were very fast to squeeze me in for a appointment. Within probably less than a hour everything was fixed. Considering our place is much different than a normal place. We live in a ranch and our plumbing system is just different (hard to explain) but my point is that they will go above and beyond to make sure they fix the problem. Definitely recommend! read more

I've used Echo Plumbing before and very satisfied with their work. Made appointment for quote for my mom who recently bought a house. She needed a pressure regulator, replacement of leaking main water shut off, & adding an irrigation valve shut off. They did a great job with repairs. Explained the work they were doing. Cleaned up after work, & took the time to ask if I had any questions when done. Thanks Steve! Gave 4 stars because office didn't initially call me back as promised & cancelled repairs twice due to technician truck in shop. read more

Had Echo out to our home a few weeks ago to do a water conditioner and repiping of half of our house. Not only were there prices excellent (and we did a lot of price checking) they also did a great job. They were thorough, knowledgeable, professional and were one of the only companies that have been working at our house lately that not only cleaned up after themselves, but also took their trash with them instead of filling up my trash cans. Definitely recommend this company. read more

I had an emergency situation when a pipe burst on the second floor of our home. My wife contacted Brian and he arrived promptly. He identified the source of the leak and completed the repair within the hour. In addition he recommend a mitigation company that arrived before his work was done. As a result of his work and recommendations we were able to save on restoration cost with our insurance company. He was professional at all times and now have our gratitude. read more

Recently our water heater went out and we decided to upgrade to an external tankless water heater. We went with Echo because of the type of water heater they install (Navien NPE-180A). The install took a full day, with the guys staying well into the evening to clean up. We had to also install an outlet, which Echo contracted out for with a great electrician. After the install, the guys came back to paint the mounting platform to match our house. The care and attention to detail was fantastic. We might have been able to get a cheaper system installed by another company, but I really believe you get what you pay for. And with the current rebates from the Gas Company, the install was very affordable. Bottom line: we trust these guys. They're honest, reliable, and stand by their word. read more

We had Brian come out from Echo plumbing and give us a estimate. I had four different companies give estimates and Brian was the only one that went into my attic to see how far are galvanized plumbing went. He was one of the most thorough plumbers and most knowledgeable. I do not go with companies just because they are the cheapest, however Brians price, explanation and thoroughness made the most sense. When they were done after two long days of work they clean their mess up and went over everything they did. What a great experience thank you Brian and Echo plumbing. read more
