Apologies to Rudy, it was actually the snotty dispatcher Carol who assumed we must be getting some other provider to fill Delta's tank "because we hadn't purchased any propane since the tank was delivered". Well, the Delta tank serviced a guest house that sees little use and Delta's tank fill valve is locked by Delta; so it sure wasn't being filled by those dirty, competitive "others" and had not been refilled since originally delivered. Tell the story however you like. Beware of California propane providers, they collude and revel in anti-trust, anti-competitive, bad-faith practices by locking tanks and forcing customers to sign Adhesion contracts; Delta is the worst offender we've encountered to date. If you have the misfortune of living in California, and worse, in areas served by Delta, do yourself a favor and buy your own tank(s), It negates these weasel's ability to shake you down. Also, for the record, we're including a copy of the shakedown letter hereto; and, a picture of the lock that chicken-littles like Delta put on their tanks. Interesting Note: we also have Jack Griggs and Estrella Blanca propane tanks on our property AND THEY DO NOT PUT LOCKS ON THEIR TANKS because they're not scared of competition.

It's currently scheduled for today. At this point I believe y'all owe us abt $600.00 for never crediting our account(had been with Kramps for 5 yrs) with discounts we were promised. We were repeatedly told we were being given the Veterans/Senior discount. Not once was it included in our statement. When we specifically asked abt the discounts Kamps stated they thought they were being applied. Unprofessional, exorbitant propane rates, no discounts, tank rental fees, other unexplained fees on our statement.

So if you want to park your car, walk your dog, or just rest in the parking lot for awhile, this is where you want to stop. Not as busy as other locations. (Good for the customer, but maybe not so good for the proprietor.) Easy on-off access to the Hwy. 99, Northbound or Southbound. Lots of bathroom stalls. Like all Love's locations, this place is stocked with whatever you need. CONCLUSION: If you're making a run on Hwy. 99 between Sacramento & Bakersfield, and you have the choice between stopping at either Tulare or Bakersfield, take Tulare ...

However, the second time passing thru we grabbed some Taco Bell but this time the lady at the reg. was changing the reg tape seemed to be in a hurry a young man helped prepare the food she had taken the potatoes behind the food line which i believe to heat them in the microwave they where so hot I couldn't hold the bowl let alone eat them, waste of money. We all know what happens to microwave cheese-(gross). The restrooms where awful they stunk like pee. The floors were very dirty you can defiantly tell they hadn't been mopped in a while. Parking lot was clean, the store was clean and stocked.
