Terrible customer service. Had a Fill up scheduled on monday. They tell you to leave the money in…read morethe propane tank cap i left it there no one ever came out to fill up my tank so i called and let them know like hey? What happened i don't have propane. They said driver didn't see the money then tried charging me an extra $75 for them to come and fill up my tank. When The money was under the cap like every other time. Person on the phone was rude and just didn't care at all. Get new drivers and someone who isn't rude over the phone.

This is not a reputable company. They will show up to rip your tank out of your yard if you do not…read morepurchase propane from them often enough. It does not matter if the tank rental is paid up or not. This happened to me a year and a half ago with no forewarning. I managed to talk them out of taking the tank explaining I didn't need much propane as I only used it to cook with. Now, they have tripled the rental fees on the tank because I am not buying enough propane from them. They are aggressive, they are not honest and if they can, they will rip you off.

Well second time around of ordering propane from them and I was told I needed a card to pay not cash and I had to pay over the phone or the order was not going to be put in. So i said that was fine, but then the receptionist told me that they couldn't come out till 2 days later and I told her I was low again, which was fine, I'll wait 2 days. Well the day comes for propane to come and the driver never shows. I called the office and the receptionist says "I'm sorry but he got backed up, so for sure we'll get you propane on Friday which was another 3 days away." So I said "ok that's fine but please he's for sure going to be here because I have my sick baby at home and I can't run the heater." And she said "yes for sure." Well here comes Friday then Saturday and Sunday then Monday and now I'm really upset with this business. I call to ask what happened and she said "he was supposed to come out but he couldn't make it." What! So then she continues to say "well for sure he will be there Friday." So a whole another week I have to wait. And it's payed for already because there's no longer paying the day of. But yet the company can take my money and sit there and not bring me any propane for 2 weeks and I'm still waiting. I'm cold, my sons cold, we have no heat, we can't cook anything but just use the microwave. Thank you a lot Popes propane for your excellent customer service and "not help."

It's currently scheduled for today. At this point I believe y'all owe us abt $600.00 for never crediting our account(had been with Kramps for 5 yrs) with discounts we were promised. We were repeatedly told we were being given the Veterans/Senior discount. Not once was it included in our statement. When we specifically asked abt the discounts Kamps stated they thought they were being applied. Unprofessional, exorbitant propane rates, no discounts, tank rental fees, other unexplained fees on our statement.
