They were late, which I wasn't notified of until I reached out to them. They showed up at 9:30am. There was a little bit of miscommunication on his end, he was under the impression that he was taking apart the shed we wanted to have hauled away, so when his workers (at least 6-8 people) arrived, he called and said that it would most likely be another $250. He thought that they were going to deconstruct the shed themselves and haul away the materials so they can repurpose it. My husband and I deconstructed the shed prior, which I did communicate to Ralph. So instead of $250, I ended up paying half of the dump fee, which ended up being $375 total) He told me that I didn't have to pay the additional cost and also admitted fault, but I understand that he has to also make money and pay his workers. Also, one of his workers called us "gringos" when he walked up and didn't think we were listening. Which isn't the most polite, but also not the kindest term for caucasians. I didn't notify anyone or Ralph. They were fast and efficient, and did their best to clean up whatever was left of the debris. Ralph was never rude and always very responsive in the few days that we communicated.

Came 4hrs late…read more Tenants moved out and paid for hawl away. checked the property to find they had come and overflowed our private property trash cans along with our neighbors trash cans with most of the trash they were paid to hawl. They also stuffed motor oil and antifreeze into the recycling bin. They tried to hide an old propane tank behind a neighbor's trash bin. We watched the security cameras and saw them doing what I listed above. I called the number listed and the man that answered was clearly intoxicated. He told me he didn't do it. I advised him he was on camera and he told me "maybe it was me" He told me after I said I had him on camera that I "contradicted myself 20 times" But again, he was clearly drunk... after a few back and forth not so polite sentences he hung up. I know he was too intoxicated to remember his rude conversation with me but I said it's not a big deal if he didn't want to take certain things. He could have just told us (the owners) instead of stuffing all the nearby bins full and upsetting the whole neighborhood. We simply took the oil to AuotZone and the Propane tank to recycle at HomeDepot. Shame on this business.
