Jack Griggs Propane and their staff are amazing! Very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I am always greeted with a smile and a hand shake. My wife and I sold virtually everything we own, purchased a brand new travel trailer and moved in to it on a quest to be debt free before we retire in a few short years. We discovered very quickly when the weather turned cold that propane goes fast. On my third visit to fill, A gentleman I had not met yet filled my tanks for me. We had a friendly conversation while the tanks were being filled. When we were finished he gave me my ticket to pay for the propane and said the next time I come in they will start discounting my per gal rate. I shook his hand and thanked him. We have been customers for over 20 years and are very satisfied with their service. The delivery-man checks our tank at regular intervals to be sure we do not run low on propane in winter and less frequently in summer. We go to the plant to pick up diesel for our wind machines during cold periods and the people there are always helpful. i have been a customer since 2008. with the fluctuation of propane prices i especially like that they offer several optional payment plans to help budget and even save some money on fuel. i have been very satisfied with their customer service. when i contacted them to assist with a new propane stove install they were prompt and accommodating in scheduling the technician. i needed them to come back after smelling a possible leak after the install and they were right back that day and resolved the issue. read more

We've had our propane service with jack Griggs for 17 years, they have a great budget plan. Their service has be very reliable, their delivery drivers are very professional. They work with there customer who have special request like calling before they deliver so we can put our dogs away for driver safety. Jack Griggs Gas Station is basically my friend Forrest Jack Clinton Griggs in building form: broke, irritating, and somehow still functioning against all odds. They don't sell snacks, just propane and regret. The place looks like it was assembled by blind raccoons during a windstorm. I'm leaving 5 stars because Forrest needs this to work and I need him to stop begging me to write a review. Come for the propane, stay for the emotional damage. read more

We are EXTREMELY unsatisfied with Jack Griggs Propane and will never recommend them to anyone. I think if they took the time to hire good employees and drivers maybe they wouldn't run into so many problems. Good employees are what makes a great company, NOT employees that swear and have a filthy mouth at there customers. I was appalled.
