When confronted about this false advertising, the owner said, "none of my other customers mind paying more for debit..." As a result, this place gets three stars. They have a lot of customers coming and going and lots of options from hot food to cold drinks and prices are otherwise fair for a convenience store. They also cash checks. The gas pumps are newer and they offer squeegees to clean your windows while pumping, but be careful, the squeegees are often broken, missing the rubber part and can scratch your car windows (learned the hard way). I rarely stop here after speaking with the owner; only if I'm low on gas and only if I'm carrying cash, as I tend to vote with my money and support local businesses run by honest people.

I managed to talk them out of taking the tank explaining I didn't need much propane as I only used it to cook with. Now, they have tripled the rental fees on the tank because I am not buying enough propane from them. They are aggressive, they are not honest and if they can, they will rip you off.
