Installed water pump Monday. Still didn't fix it. Now it's Thursday and they still haven't fixed it and don't know what's wrong. Having it towed to my trusted mechanic in Oakhurst like I should have done initially rather than thinking they could handle something simple. They evidently don't diagnose problems and just change parts. Very disappointed in the service here. Never be back again. $700 bill (they do charge mechanics rates even though they're not really mechanics) and nothing for it. No diagnoses. Just wanting to do more guessing. Stay away.
