Asked people on my parents Nextdoor.com site, their local neighborhood, for any suggestions on a supplier for 100 gal., delivered. Several of them suggested Delano Propane. On their recommendation I called and they came up two days later, on time. The delivery guy was great. First time delivering so check out my tank and then filled. Gauge was off so suggested I get a new one. Best service I've ever had and the price was no more than anyone else. My friend is a customer of Delano propane and has been for years and years. This last year has been ridiculous. Paying $200 for 20% of propane because no one mentioned for 45 more dollars they could get 70% that's 50% more!! Then their propane tank had a leak for 3 months and Delano propane filled tank over 4 or 5 times and didn't mention it!! Then after paying almost $400 to fix leak they wouldn't reimburse them for the propane after KNOWING it had a leak.. smh. they weren't asking for the tank to be filled but something! I started a Yelp account just to write this review. Dealing with Delano Propane was hands down the smoothest propane transaction I have had in the 10 years of owning a propane tank. Super friendly and customer oriented. They call if there are any questions or changes. They were prompt with their service.
