I chose Golden Electric over several other companies because Robert patiently walked me through the entire process and offered a very reasonable price. Throughout the project, Robert, Ana and their team handled everything smoothly--from coordinating city inspections to managing the PG&E work. Communication was excellent at every step, and I always knew what to expect. What really stood out was their dedication. On the day PG&E was scheduled to complete the meter transfer, the technician was delayed due to an emergency. Robert stayed on-site until 1:30 AM to make sure the job was completed that same night. They installed a new SPAN panel since the old circuit breaker was dangerously old and I got their HVAC team to install a modern gas furnace. I told them about the stain I spotted in my garage and Candace helped me set up an appointment with one of their plumbers, Edgar. That man is the best. He kept me in the loop and gave me realistic expectations. He immediately found and fixed the leak and I asked him to install three bidets into my bathrooms and he did it like a solid professional. No corners were cut. They are quite pricey imo, but the jobs are always done incredibly well. Even the patching guy did such a good job I couldn't even tell where the holes were when they were done so all in all it's money worth spent.
