I have been a difficult customer, and these guys have rolled with the punches. I originally purchased a Super Kodiak Bear bow. But I found a crack in it the next day, and they took it back, and ordered me a new one, no questions asked. Then I decided a Bear Grizzly bow would fit me better, so I called, and they said we could work out an exchange. No problem. Then, after researching obsessively, I decided what I really wanted was a Bear Super Grizzly bow. I called them up a few days later. Once again, they told me that it was not a problem. We would exchange the bows according to price when my bow arrived. They also have no problem with you testing out their bows before you buy them at their indoor range. The range is free. So you can practice there any time. It reminds me of golf, except they don't make you buy the arrows that you shoot (as they do with golf balls at the range). I plan on giving these guys my business in the future. I was a wishy-washy customer to the point where I even went against their professional's original advice on what bow would suit me best. I bought a bow I was not happy with, and they exchanged it. No problem. I highly recommend visiting R & L for your archery, and gun needs. Even if you live an hour out, the store is worth the drive. read more
