Skipping is not an option with them. They charge you to skip a year. 119.79$ My tank is so big and old 1953. As every time I'm filled they can't help but said what a old tank and you've hardly used any propane. I wanted to use my propane that I already had paid for, for the next few years before I move on to electric. I asked then to remove my tank. The removal was 160.00$ 279.79 dollars just to be done with them. I received a invoice with nothing on it other then 950.00 worth of propane was in my tank. Also received a check for 527.35. The 279.79 was subtracted from the 950.00 which should = 679.21. My check was for 527.35 and 142.86 dollar difference. I called and talked with a secretary and she reply hmmm I don't know. Maybe it was because the tank had so much propane in it they had to transfer into a second tank and then asked if I would like to talk with the manager when he comes in? I said I just want the difference as there is nothing on the invoice that says any of that. The secretary and another lady started to giggle. Have not seen the difference. So my point is this company has many loopholes and not at all honest !

I normally don't write reviews like this, but as my customer service experience was especially atrocious, I feel almost a civic duty to warn my fellow consumers to avoid this business at all costs... But I digress I've recently moved, and to move, I typically get a uhaul. I don't have a driver's license so I had my friend pick up the truck and to avoid any hiccups, I asked to pay in advance. So I gave the associate I spoke to on the phone my credit card number, and he assured I'd be charged in advance and there would be no issues. I called several other times to ask if everything was all right, and was assured by the clown car of idiots I spoke to on the phone that everything was going off without a hitch. Turns out, my rental was NOT paid for in advance like I had asked and been repeatedly assured that it was, and my friend had to pay on his credit card instead. And now, despite the fact that I did everything right, made multiple verification calls and was told repeatedly that this was taken care of, the jackass who asked me to recite my credit card information to him apparently didn't enter the information into their computer system, and are now refusing to correct the mistake. It is appalling not only that customer service experiences like this happen at all, it is doubly appalling that they just seem to keep happening, with no end in sight. Seriously, avoid this location like the plague.
