I had to wait a little bit before getting in the yard, but they were pretty busy and the wait was well worth it. Rather than being given a map and and spending a good hour searching for the car I was looking for, they drove me to the exact location and pulled all of the parts I needed. The guy who was pulling them even told me showed me how to swap out future parts that I needed. They spent a long time searching for the exact size spare tire I needed and were even going to mount one on a spare rim If they couldn't find one. Just when I thought that It couldn't get any better, the guy at the front counter told me the price of everything including the spare tire and wheel: WAY cheaper than any other place I had been to. I in fact payed that price for a only a couple of parts that were smaller at other wrecking yards. Overall, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. And the prices are very inexpensive. I will be returning here whenever I am in need for any part.

My door to my unit stay open for 3 days and how they secured it was to put a bedtime in front of it. When I went there to talk to the manager she followed me to my car and told me to get off the property I was being evicted the she called the police and told them I was trespassing.I had just spoken to the manager and had a pleasant conversation with Robert and as soon as I was getting ready to get in my car she had followed me out and started threatening me with the poljce..She would not stop. The next day I told them I would be moving out..when moved out and got ready to go out the gate she had turned off my access so we could not leave. She would not answer the phone, my brother laid on his horn for over 2 minutes trying to get her attention but nothing worked. I finally got ahold of the district manager who then called down there and had her let us out..I rented from there for over 4 years and never had a problem until the day when my door broke..All she would do is tell me I was responsible for the door and I needed to have it fix. My unit was left wide open for 3 days and they did nothing..I now rent from Castle store and I got a 5 by 7 for 79.00 and at spfld store it was 134.00..they give u a lock for your unit..it is gated...24 hour mateniance person available bathrooms for the public.and move in specials. When I contacted Mark to address this, he made excuses and then stopped responding entirely. Multiple follow-up attempts over the next month went unanswered. I left a review describing this experience. Six months later, Mark sent me threatening messages through Yelp, including profanity and "I will find you." I reported this to Yelp (they confirmed warning him) and subsequently filed a police report due to safety concerns. The combination of incomplete repair work, poor follow-through, and threatening behavior makes me strongly recommend against using this business.
