Don't waste your time ..... don't waste your $$$! Overpriced..... lousy customer service!

I've been ordering from QVC for 25 years. Love this company, I ordering jewelry, cooking supplies, makeup, clothing and even food.

Hi. My name is Amy. And I'm a QVC addict. Don't get me wrong; I love to go ACTUAL shopping. Malls and me go together like peanut butter and jelly. But QVC has gotten at least a little bit... um, cool. They sell some of my favorite jewelry lines (Heidi Klum, Anthony Nak, Judith Ripka... all in sterling silver and significantly, as in I don't have to remortgage anything, less expensive than their Fifth Avenue shop counterparts). This past holiday season, as I was experiencing one of the never-ending joys of ah, continual pregnancy-related nausea (who in the CRIMINEY dubbed the term "morning sickness"?? It lasts all bloody day, for so far at least, a lovely 28 weeks!! Sorry... vent over!!), QVC proved to be a bit of a lifesaver. For the most part, the quality of the items is stellar. The prices are generally fair, sometimes even great, and it's rare that I've had to send something back. Their return policy is really good, tho, so there's not a worry about that. I'm psyched about seeing some of my fave beauty lines offered on QVC as well; 100% Pure, Philosophy, Bare Escentuals, etc, etc. It's a smorgasbord of products on there, from kitchen gadgets to clothing to electronics. I gotta say, if you're somewhat house bound, it can become a wee bit addictive. My other caveat about QVC (other than getting easily hooked!) is the S&H prices. Everything is priced separately, so even if you order 3 seperate items with different item #'s from the same jewelry line, for example, you're going to pay approximately $5-$7 per item. What's that now? Wayyyyyy too pricey for shipping, but otherwise, good stuff. Don't say I didn't warn y'all bout how addictive it is! read more

I claimed chapter 7 over 8 years ago due to chronic illness. I had something on autopay. after Re-building my credit . I started to order in 2020 . qvc just cancelled my last order said they had sent it to collections over 8 years ago. it was not easy to claim chapter 7 medical bills had no choice.People do go through hard times . I am contually surprised and delighted by QVC (and I do not fit the profile of your typical at-home shopper). I do not shop with them often but the jewelry, clothing and cookware items I have purchased over the years have all been high quality items and for good (to great) prices. The Studio Park office complex is interesting to tour, and it's right in my own back yard! read more

Yes, I admit I do watch QVC and am a big fan of "In the Kitchen with David." They sell and celebrate all things food and kitchen related, from kitchen gadgets to cookbooks to smokers and steaks, I really enjoy the wide range of products and David's gusto for FOOD! Been happy with my purchases and hope they continue presenting clever and affordable cooking items. read more

I use to love QVC. They were the gold standard in customer service until they were not. I bought the Pop Sonic Spade Face and Body cleansing tool in August of 2022. It would not hold the charge. So I called customer service. The woman I spoke with said she would order me another one and for me to send the defective one back when I received the replacement. She placed the order. Again that was in August of 2022. I must have called at least 12 times! Twice I was told it would be bumped up to a supervisor. Guess they were on vacation both times. I wrote 2 letters with no response. So last week ( Now in October) I called again and asked to talk to a supervisor. Was told one would call me. Oh, she did and said there was nothing she could do. I said to cancel the order. She said she would. I just checked and it is still there! I am so disappointed! Two handwritten letters, at least 12 phone calls, and NOTHING! How in God's name do I get you to STOP sending me advertising Direct Messages to my Facebook account??? I have tried calling you, eMailing you, and texting you to no avail! After 30 years I am through being your customer - due to the deceptive business practices you seem to have no problem with: On your Paper Statements Flex/Easy Pays are no longer shown as what is owed, but "Minimum Payment" is...so when I 'think' that I have made your 4-5 Easy Pays, I now owe a balance which is charged @ 26% INTEREST per month! As I have Automatic Bank Withdrawal from my Checking Account (I trusted you!) - I never knew that for 2 pairs of pants and 2 shirts - after my 4-5 "Minimum Payments" (not Flex Pays) I still owed $476.00 @ 26% INTEREST! That is a hard check to write to get rid of you forever. After 'paying you off,' when I called Customer Service to stop getting messages from you, I was advised that I still owed one more "Minimum" Payment of $4.46... I have always Loved QVC & order from them all the time! I recently had the worst experience ever. From web site issues, chat disconnecting me then not answering to calling customer service 3 times! I ordered 7 things that were lite & shipping was $30. After talking to customer service who was a girl with an attitude & no care way of speaking, I am so angry. When I called I was so frustrated so instead of diffusing the situation she met me with above nastiness. I totally lost respect for QVC. Their shipping is ridiculous when u place an online order of a few things. Their customer service reps used to be so nice, now they don't even try to give you any satisfaction or even speak to you appropriately. Like I said I lost respect for them now. The worst customer service in my entire life. I'm a new customer. I place a new order around November 2020 the supposed that was deliver at nov 17. But for my surprise I didn't received the product on that day. I called Nov 17 at night because I was worried that I didn't received the product. When I called the person who answered the phone told me that my order was canceled and I reply why. She said that the unable to verify my identity but you have to called financial dept. to talk with them. I said well if I did not called nothing happened you should give me a called or email to let me know what happened. Well Nov 18 I called customer service I told the person who answered the phone transferred to financial dept, they transferred the confirm my information . Well the told you should place a new order everything was clarify. I called sometimes because my account was locked and never unlock. I was dealing with qvc around 3 weeks to try to place a order through my account but never happened. Well I decided to called place the order by phone. When I place the order the lady who answered told me that I qualified for 3 easy payments and I said no because my first order the you guys canceled was 5 easy payments. She said the my payment for 3 easy paymenr was around 200 something and I say no. She don't worry I don't charge nothing but I gonna transferred to customer service they can honored 5 easy payment I said no problem thank you. We she transferred customer service I said same thing and she said no problem I can honored 5 easy payment you amount will be 127 with something I said ok, but the lady that we spoke before to you she told that don't charge 200 something. She said no only 127 something and she place the order. But for my surprise qvc take for my account 200 something without authorization. I called some many times because I never authorized that amount, but I requested to talked to supervisor the told me that will call me back in one day that never happens. I called 2 days later explain same thing I told don't worry the called you tonight or tomorrow. Well the called back around 9:25pm and I answered the phone the lady mentioned their name and said from qvc imagine what happen she dissapear. I called back immediately I told customer service what with name and I said can you put note that tell the supervisor call me back. Long, short story for me is a nightmare dealing with qvc customer service also supervisor sucks. Please I recommend no buy anything the had another places that has a good customer service. This is the second order that was lost in shipping. If I want them to send me another and the first one ever arrives, I HAVE TO SEND IT BACK. Yes, I have to go to the hassle of sending the package back to them . Their shipper loses the package in transit (again, this is the second time it has happened to me) and yet I , the customer, has to send back the item if it ever arrives or I will be charged for two !! Terrible customer service and I have no control over who they choose as a shipper (both times it has been USPS) . Won't happen again since i will be closing my account ! read more

I purchased item E233106 within the last 5 days. It is a Halo Bolt AC DC phone charger and car jump starter with car charger. I received it on December 2, 2019. Today is December 5, 2019, and the phone charger no longer works!! It's only been 3 days!!! This product is ABSOLUTE JUNK! I want nothing else from QVC! There is a reason they hide their reviews, which in itself is a bad sign. I am not only sending it back, I want nothing else from QVC. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered a $500 camera from QVC and recieved no shipping/confirmation information about my order. A week later I called to check on the status of my order and they told me I needed to verify my card. A week later ! (Wow). So I am already frustrated because I was never contacted that my order was on hold. So I gave them my card info and the representative told me they are pushing the order through. Fast forward another week I call to check on my order and they tell me it has been cancelled! So I reorder it and they tell me everything is fine now. Fast forward another week I call to check on the status of that order and guess what..they have no new order on file! By this point I want my money back and I went somewhere else. The representative I spoke to told me she would REFUND my order and send a message to the financial department with urgency I also asked her for written documentation of everything we discussed but apparently "it is not possible". Fast forward two days I call to check on the status of my return and what do you know THERE IS NO RETURN IN PROCESS. So by this point I am furious; I am on their chat support line and the phone at the same time ( so I'm talking to 2 different representatives) and they are both telling me different things about this refund process. So now they are telling me I cannot do refund because they have the money on hold and can't undo it. I requested to speak with supervisor and have yet to speak with one. Overall, DO NOT order from QVC unless you enjoy getting the runaround. BTW I still have yet to get my money back and I placed this order on October 9th it is now November 6th. read more

I ordered 2 sets of Halloween lights. One of the sets did not work. I notified QVC immediately. I was told not to worry they would send out a replacement ASAP. I received a replacement set within a reasonable amount of time. When I looked at my credit card charges, I noticed I was charged for all 3 sets even the one that didn't work and customer service told me they would replace. Extremely Disappointing Experience I ordered a metal tree with luminara candle on Aug 24. The first one was ordered (eventually) but it was crooked. After two attempts - I finally got the defective tree picked up and a new one ordered. The new one finally arrived - it was undamaged but it was the wrong color. After another two attempts - I am hoping the incorrect tree gets picked up tomorrow. It has been about 5 weeks and if all goes well this time - it will have been almost two months by the time I received the correct and undamaged product. I do not recommend QVC. read more

Worst place ever! I got a treadmill kit and one part was missing. They couldn't send me that piece alone so they told me to mail it back for a replacement. I call 3 weeks after not getting a new kit it turns out they never put in a replacement and now it's out of stock. Rudest people ever. I will be ordering from Amazon from now on. This is an awful company. If you order merchandise be prepared for very long shipping delays. Don't be surprised if they ship the wrong item. Customer service is useless. I opened a QVC card because there was an offer of $40 off your purchase for opening an account. I purchased an item that was $50 and never received the discount. After 2 calls to synchrony bank they assured me there would be an offer in my paper statement. After this last call I never received a paper statement again! I'm retired and believe me I go through my mail thoroughly as well as my emails. Then I got an email saying "oops! you may have forgotten to pay your bill". What? I called in and got the balance due $22.45 and paid it immediately. I'm closing this account and NEVER buying anything from QVC again! THIS $40 OFF IS A HOAX! read more

I ordered a 65" tv on December 9 2018. I cancelled the order on December 12, 2018. I received and email that the order was in the process of cancelling. So Paypal takes the money out anyways. It took over a week to get Paypal to release the money back to my account. All good. I just happened to look at my order status today and it said the TV was shipped January 9 2018??!??! After I cancelled a month ago and Paypal took all my funds out of my account again this morning!! They said they have to contact the distributor to cancel a high end item. I understand that but that was over 3 weeks ago and nothing was done..So now I have a TV on the way I do not want and have no money until probably 2 weeks from now. If I could give QVC a zero stars I would. I have had a QVC account for my fit but versa and everything went well until two weeks ago. I get a message my address has been changed then I got a message two apple iwatches had been purchased for a little over $1400.00. They wiped my bank account completely clean. Not a penny left. I spent my whole afternoon filing fraud complaints with QVC, my bank, my countys police department and the police in the county of the new address on my account was from. It took almost two weeks for my money to be refunded. This left us in a snow storm in Western Carolina with no food or no drinks or anything. Thanks QVC FYI: I have been reading reviews on all the popular websites and I keep seeing how they were not refunded, didnt get the gift or got not even a small portion of the money that they paid when they returned the murchandise. MAKE A POLICE REPORT. They will have no choice but to refund your money at that point. That's the only reason they agreed to refund my money. I sure hope this helps others. Here at Christmas time the most of us struggle to provide for our families and things like this can kick you when your already down. read more

I have been shopping at QVC before it was QVC. All these new hosts that have been hired are not very genuine. I like David, Alberti, Dan, Carolyn, and a couple of the more HONEST AND GENUINE hosts. I ordered on November 17, 2020 was told order would arrive November 24, 2020. Has not arrived by December 12, 2020. When I try to track am told label was printed on Nov17 but not delivered to USP. That is what tracking still says. When I try to cancel order - they tell me it was shipped and I can not cancel. read more

I returned an item from QVC, just a couple of days after receiving the item. I used the label and instructions provided by QVC. It will be close to 2 months soon and they say they never received the product back and offer no other solutions. I will not be ordering from QVC in the future of fear that they will claim a returned item not received and I am out of the money for an item I returned. They had an offer for a QVC credit card so I took the offer and put $40 on it. The bill came in for a minimal payment of $34 dollars and we wrote a check and sent it in. Apparently it got there a day late and they applied a late fee for the same amount as the payment. The lady said that was in the contract. Whatever you owe becomes the late fee if you are one minute late. I see class action lawsuit written all over this policy. I closed the card and will not shop there anymore. read more

I received a present that I could not use. I contacted QVC to see if I could return it. I followed QVC's instructions to receive credit on my account.. The gift amount was returned to my friend. I had ordered a Dell laptop from QVC 6 months ago. Signed up for the QVC card, got approved. I was in dire need of a laptop cause my old one wasn't working correctly anymore. Let me say that I have shopped from QVC and have never had a problem. This time, however, pure lunacy. Got emails and voicemail that my order was delayed due to whatever, can't remember. It got shipped in July, however I was on vacation when it was supposedly delivered but never received any notice from UPS (not surprising, UPS is horrible). Did a tracking on the package and it said it was being returned due to non delivery. I refuse to pay for a product I have never gotten. So that everyone knows, you can find these items on QVC at a much better price in other places They over inflate their prices. Do your own research. I am apalled at the poor customer service. I am a new shopper, called in to order the today special value on 9/13/16. The girl could not locate my address in computer kept putting me on hold. She then said she couldnt place my order because of address. Its my address!!! I asked for a supervisor, she asked me for my member ID number. I say I dont have one im a first time caller! She says I need to sign up make a pin yada yada so I do. After another half hour of me repeatedly stating my order of two DIFFERENT items (after 20 min with the first girl) I am done. I am writing this review about QVC because I am so appalled and I felt other people who shop with them need to know what happened to me. I have been a QVC shopper for about twenty years and have always paid by check and have never missed a payment and have almost never sent merchandise back even though sometimes it was warranted. I have spent a significant amount of money over the years and have always paid on time and in fact early so as to insure I got my merchandise on time. This past christmas in july sale I spent a significant amount of money 600.00 and ordered all of my purchases via phone I was told in every case my merchandise was available and would be shipped as soon as they received my payment. There was no indication that my items were on back order or no longer available, had I been told that I would have made a decision as to whether I wanted to be placed on a list.I mailed all of my checks and waited patiently for my items to arrive. One item in particular was the new Valerie Parhill gingerbread house which alone was 140.00. I started getting form letters from QVC saying that my items were no longer available and were on back order. I was angry and knew no one ever indicated that my items were not available and found this practice to be very dishonest. I started making phone calls and everyone I spoke to sounded like they were reading off of a script. One person did tell me the truth and the truth is that because I pay by check QVC takes items that are big sellers and sells them to credit card payers first, so even though I am a paying customer and my items were available when I spoke to the reps, they took my things and gave them to credit card customers. This is at the very last false advertising and the fact that they continued to lie to me made this more upsetting. I cancelled all of my items with the exception of my holiday food items that will be shipped in December. I wrote on QVC facebook because I am appalled at this practice and one of the reps wrote stating they would explain their backorder policy..I want them to explain their deceptive business practices because that is the issue. I have invested a lot of time in the writing of reviews etc. because I couldn't believe it and I wanted others to know. I have read the reviews on other sites and they are horrifying at best. You would think that a company based on profit making would not be so consistent in their mistreatment and dishonesty of their customers. I am done with them and hope this review helps others. The worst customer service experience. My mom bought a $200 vacuum on qvc.com, that we returned due to its poor design. When I went to return it to the QVC store in Frazer, PA, they explained they wouldn't accept the return since it was purchased online. The experience was a great reminder of why I shop on amazon. I can buy the same exact product on Amazon and return it to Kohl's no hassle, no questions, just a full refund. read more

I began watching and became a member on day one when they only had a warehouse and a chair to demonstrate items. Their items at that time were priced well and they held up, but now they have become greedy, money hungry like all retail. Delivery of items would come in 5 days at the most and now it takes over 10 days. The items are not high quality and I have found 99% of them either in the store, or online at ebay for much less than they sell it for. Just an example, I ordered a set of 4 spatulas that can sit in a pot and not fall in and they were supposed to be silicone. Took them out of the box and was hand washing and 2 of the lips that hang on the pot broke off and a handle broke off the other one. These cost me $21.00 and it was not worth it to me to spend money to return them. Went to Target and got a set of six silicone spatulas for $7.99 and they have been used constantly for 7 months with no problems. Also the hosts that they have now are almost as nerve racking as the ones on HSN. I have stopped watching since these hosts have appeared, Dan Wheeler, Lisa Robertson, Jonathan Redford, Shawn Killinger, Jayne Brown and Jane Treacy. As for Shawn Killinger, she makes me just sick evertime she saids "hmmm" or tries to use many words that she makes up to describe a item. She comes off as such a snob and no-it-all. The only one that I truly trust is Carolyn Gracie. She's not pushy and she talks in a normal tone and she seems very down to earth. When they say that the item is exclusive to QVC, they are not telling the truth. Over the past 24 years I find the items in either Target, Ebay or online auctions like ioffer and Amazon with in a week or two and it is always much cheaper. This is what really made me hate QVC. I bought my granddaughter a Dell computer for her birthday which was over $1700. I went to her house to hook it up for her and she used it for about 4 months then it would not turn on, so I took it to my pc tech and when he opened the pc he was shocked and called all the tech guys to see this... The whole inside of the pc was held together with ONE (1) screw and the wires. The hard drive had dropped down onto some wires and hit the memory something and cracked a crutial part. At this time QVC no longer sold the pc and told me to basically "deal with it". Well I dealt with it, contacted BBB, cut up my Qcard and now they have lost my business of many thousands of dollars and I tell everyone that QVC sucks! Their quality control is null to none!!!! Get away from the TV and check other places for these items and save yourself some money. read more

I have been a customer of qvc for years.and as a very frequent customer I was treated with great customer service.but last night,I was shocked the way I was treated.the customer service operator was rude a obnoxious,I was ready to place a large order until I was yelled at and made to fell like an idiot.i don't know why QVC would hire such a horrible person,but best be assure I will not call or buy from them any more.even the supervisor had nothing to say,but sorry .I'm done with big corporations making the customers feel bad to the point they won't call back....you lost me as a customer,and I hope you lose a lot more,maybe you need to interview your employees before hiring them.... read more

I have been a customer since 2006 , and I must said that now when I purchased a item , it took for ever to get it by mail and whrn I send it back it took longer to get a refund. qvc (TV) only accepts reviews that are 4 and 5 stars for their products. I had an issue with WEN shampoo and gave it one star, they refused my review. The review was that when I purchased the product I went online and saw they had several lawsuits against them (WEN) that women were losing their hair. I immediately returned the product and several days later they asked me to review my purchase which I did. Again, they did not accept the review. No wonder everything they sell is 4 or 5 stars, apparently they do not take negative reviews. I guess we can't trust reviews any longer either. read more

Finally! I ordered an Xbox One the same day and that was already delivered. In fact, that was delivered last night! Why did it take so long to ship out this purse? I was promised that the purse would arrive by 12/24 in time for Christmas and it looks like it won't be here in time. I've ordered 1100.00 in merchandise this month from QVC and this is the second item that will be delivered late. The sonic toothbrush / water pick will be late too. This was the only gift that I bought for my wife for our first Christmas being married / living together. I can't even afford to buy something else for her in the mean time because I spent the last of my money for the first payment on this purse. Now she won't have anything to open on Christmas day from me. I've called QVC everyday for the past four days asking why the purse hasn't shipped yet and each call I was assured that the purse will be delivered by the 24th and not to worry. They stated that the promise date (E.D.D.) will be the day it's delivered. Had I known there would be a possibility that the purse wouldn't arrive I would have bought her something else. I'm also upset that when I spoke with the Customer Service Representative Supervisor today he stated that there was nothing he could do. I then asked about having the purse overnighted and he said that QVC doesn't overnight packages. Working in a customer service setting myself, that's a totally unacceptable resolution. At my company if we make a mistake, we do everything in our power to make things right and take care of our customers needs. I would have even payed to have the purse overnighted even though I shouldn't have to because of an error on QVC's part. The supervisor wouldn't even make any phone calls today, he insisted on sending an email and waiting for someone to read it and contact me. Great customer service QVC! Thanks for FINALLY SHIPPING MY ITEM! One last question........ WHY IS IT BEING SHIPPED VIA UPS GROUND IF ITS ALREADY LATE? I don't understand that! Please look into this and call me. I'll be waiting for a response / call!!! Their response was.... Dear QVC Shopper, "Thank you for your recent inquiry. Our Customer Service Department will close for the Christmas holiday starting at 4pm ET on December 24th and will re-open at 8am ET on December 26th. Once we re-open, we'll respond to you as soon as possible. QVC.com provides customer service information 24 hours a day. Simply click on the Customer Service link at the top of every page. Happy Holidays from all of us at QVC!" Today is now the 28th and neither item has been delivered. I've called multiple times about this since Christmas eve with little on their part. I never received a call back and all they've done was issue a 35 dollar credit for the inconvenience. In the 22nd I was told 75 dollars but the  manager didn't notate that in his notes. Also, I was glancing through QVCs shipping policy and she enough, if a customer requests an item to be overnighted it can be arranged. These CSRs lie through their teeth and don't even know their companies own policies! Beware of ordering from them and expecting items to be delivered as promised.  P.S. I could not be more disappointed with QVC!!! I thought they were a first rate retailer. Boy was I wrong, upon returning items -completely within their return guidelines, i received numerous calls from them claiming my refunds were rejected by my financial institution. I purchased the items via my QVC account where my credit info is stored and expected to have my refund issued the same way. After at lest 6 calls to QVC - equaling hours of time - to both QVC Customer Service, my financial institution, a two way call with both of them on the line, escalating the call to a QVC manger, waiting 2 days to get a return call from the manager who promised a resolve within 4 days, which never happened.... the only way I can get my money back is via a check sent to me via USPS - that will take a min of 10 business days. Something has greatly changed with this company and I can tell you I will NEVER purchase anything from them ever again. This is such a bunch madness. Good luck all, trying to get your money back!
