I have been a QVC shopper shortly after they started their business. They bragged about quality, value and convenience which was great when they first opened up. I bought tons of jewelry and clothing. Then their quality went downhill fast and seems to be getting worse. Their prices are unreasonable for what you are getting. Quality is not great either. Sizing is the worst, especially when you apply your "QVC size" which is not consistent. Kim Gravel's clothing has the worst sizing consistently. I can't order from her anymore. Gotta go back to Macy's and Penney's. read more

QVC with one star! I'm amazed. We order all the time. We get great prices on quality items. Typically we have a coupon and free shipping. We have three QVC TV Channels on Spectrum. My daughter is always watching. We get postal coupons and email deals with our account. I'm recommending. read more

I like QVC. I've bought numerous gifts for family members and friends over the years from QVC and never had a problem! I did not know QVC stands for Quality, Value, Convenience! QVC sells everything from electronics, to fashion, beauty, accessories, home items, health and fitness, and shoes! I have a sister who loves the Joan Rivers collection - particularly Joan's jewelry. Joan Rivers Classics Collection also includes clothing. Thanks, QVC, for providing affordable quality gifts for family and friends over the years! read more

I've never purchased anything from QVC or HSN (both sister companies) but have always enjoyed their rather quirky hard sell presentations pushing everything from designer dinner rolls to laser-activated pet stain removers. Real time infomercials that generate an astonishing $6.6B in revenue. That said, both may soon be headed into Chapter 11 bankruptcy due to the onerous debt from their merger and the precipitous erosion in cable television viewership which is limiting their reach into the Debit Cards of the Midwest. No matter, I'll always be fascinated by any pitch for signature BBQ tools endorsed by Robert Goulet or Michael Bolton. Comedy on television is fading fast so I'll take it anywhere that I can find it... even if it leads me to a Joan Baez Spice Rack. Here's five stars to their survival. read more

I will never order from QVC again. I ordered Elemis night & day cream. QVC advertised 1.6 oz. if Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine Cream & 1 oz. Of PM Overnight Matrix cream. When I received the order it was 1oz. of each instead of the 1.6 & 1 oz. This was not as advertised, very misleading and false advertisement. I called about this & QVC's rep said "oh, no, it's 1 oz of each. I said I know you can see my purchases & she still denied that it was advertised as 1 oz. & 1.6 oz. I searched & searched QVC to try & find a place I could email QVC about this but they don't offer a place where you can email them. I had my auto delivery canceled & I will be returning this false advertised product. This is how QVC advertised the Elemis product: * Each shipment includes 1-fl oz Pro-Collagen Overnight Matrix Cream and 1.6 fl oz Pro-Collagen Marine Cream SPF 30 read more

I had trouble on the QVC website when they wouldn't apply my discount code. There was no place to put that in anywhere. I called customer service at QVC to place the order. I gave my items to order along with my name, address, etc..and they refused to give me the total price of my order until they got my credit card info. I know it was below $300.00 but wanted to make sure I received my discount. After asking three times and her refusing to tell me I gave up and will go elsewhere. I hope Laurie from Shark Tank reads this. read more

The amount of shipping/handling and postage is too much. I bought 4 facial products, all light weight, sent in the same package and paid $13.96 s/h. Then, I returned two of the items and was charged $6.95 for using the QVC postage return label and an additional $3.49 for EACH of the two items I returned for a total of $13.93. So I ended up paying $27.89 to receive and return items. This is outrageous. Why am I paying $3.49 each for two returns when I'm using the QVC $6.95 postage label? My trust in QVC has plummeted. I also find that I can buy items offered by QVC at lower prices in my local community. So, I'm done with QVC. read more

QVC - Department Stores Near Me - West Chester, Pennsylvania

Terrible clothes they sell. Outdated, old, boring, super conservative, just bla! I don't know what audience it should appeal to. But even older ladies can find much more attractive collections anywhere today on line. The competition is overwhelming. I am shocked that the company like that is still surviving somehow. It's time to let go. They outlived themselves. And the hostesses are so yesterday. Shawn Killings especially. Loud, vulgar, obnoxious, terribly dressed, cheap makeup and ugly glasses, corny jokes, just the whole appearance is a disaster. What a turn off. And the others are no better. It's time to rethink the show or close up shop. Enough of you. read more

I understand why QVC/HSN is in Chapter 11 and is having financial difficulties. They have received my last order and now lost another long-time customer of 35+ years. I made 2 purchases on June 10 and it is now June 13 and my orders are still being processed and I am being charged shipping & handling for both orders. Today (6/13) is now "free shipping" and I called requesting the shipping charges be removed from my order since they HAVE NOT SHIPPED and my credit card HAS NOT BEEN CHARGED. I was told that no changes can be made to my order once it is placed and is in process. I cannot even cancel the orders which are "in process" since the 10th of June. Also, the price for one of my orders has been lowered since the day I placed my order and they will not honor the price change either. My orders have not shipped and changes can be made to my account without any difficulty as has been done with other retailers. Other retailers: Target, Amazon, Kohls, Macy's, Best Buy, etc., will adjust a customer's order or account for a price adjustment or shipping change within a reasonable time of purchase to accommodate their customers, but it is clear the QVC DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL. They will do nothing even if the order sits there for another week and has not shipped!!!!! In this economy QVC should be happy for every customer and order they receive, but it doesn't seem to be the case with this company. So, farewell QVC, you've changed dramatically in a downward direction and I can chose where I spend my money. It will no longer be with you. read more

If there's a ZERO I would give QVC A ZERO. I called to place an order . The agent collected the information then asked would I be using my card on file and I said No , I'm using another card because I don't want to use my Visa . He's complaining the order I asked for total and he informed me that he'd charged the amount the amount TO THE CARD THAT I TOLD HIM NOT TO . AND when I started yelling at him, he said that he was going to hang up . I said to him , YOU'VE GOT A LOT OF NERVE TO THREATEN TO HANG UP AFTER YOU'VE ILLEGALLY CHARGED MY CARD . I asked for management and he said that I had to call in the morning Because they're CLOSED. read more

I spoke with Christie at QVC and have me transferred to her supervisor and she said that my information is permanently stored at their system even if its inactive or no activity whatsoever. I wanted my information deleted from their system which she said they can't do. With the hacking going on, there's no guarantee that their system won't be hacked. Even if the account is closed, they CANNOT guaranteed that they won't be hacked. Someone needs to look into their practice. It doesn't make sense to keep an account open even if there's no activity. read more

This return period policy for this company is confusing and frustrating. Is it 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days? See pics in my review from their website. If a product is defective, the return should be accepted. A gold purse I ordered started having areas of color rubbing off. My return was accepted; however when I did not receive my refund and when I did the online chat with a customer representative, I was told it was too late to return the item. The dates they told me were wrong. I was told the purse was sent back to me. None of this was communicated to be beforehand. With this company, "the customer is always right" motto does not apply. Communication with the customer would be appreciated and helpful in establishing a satisfied and loyal clientele I disputed the charge with PayPal and the case was determined to be in my favor and I was refunded the amount of the defective purse. read more

Things have gone downhill over the years. Hosts are just tired and obsolete. Lack inspiration. Clothes cannot be called fashion. Unattractive, lack of feminine appeal, frumpy, boxy, ugly prints. Not every one is obese and try finding clothes to fit a 4' 11' slim, fit body. Prices are ridiculous and not worth it when you have to pay shipping and handling. The food presentations are distracting when they bring out the floor crew to paw and sample the food. Just very unappetizing. read more

I wish I had googled QVC customer service issues before ordering from QVC. Apparently if you are a new customer and order a big ticket item on easy pay for the first time, QVC will cancel your order and hold the funds.. I have not received a response from corporate yet but I made a complaint. That is probably one of the dumbest ways to treat a new customer. This is the impression they left, they are thieves. I will not get my item and they still have my money on hold. It reads as "pending" with bank which can only be disputed once the hold is released by QVC. When will I get my money back? read more

Ordered two sets of flickering candles from QVC. Right after the return time expired, one quit. I called QVC customer service and the rep was sympathetic and he said he would see what he could do and promised to call me back the next business day. No call, no warranty and lost a customer. I would think that the manufacturer has some kind of warranty but nope, it was QVC as the manufacturer. Of course my purchase was not a good value, because it is now in the garbage. WARNING AND BEWARE!!! I agreed to an Easy Pay charge of 47.00 on my charge card. I then went to get gas and my card was declined. I then found that QVC not only charged my card the 47.00 but hours later charged the entire unauthorized amount of 196.00 to my charge card. Thankfully I had another card or I could have been left stranded. A supervisor at QVC said it was a "system error" and the charge would "fall off". I understand how that works but now I have to wait days and possibly a week for this unauthorized charge to be removed and cant use the card. I will be reporting this to the credit card company and filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission for unfair business practices. I purchased a Shop Joe propane generator a few years ago. The unit carried a 2 year full warranty and QVC offered an additional year. I did not need the unit for power failures for about 2-1/2 years. The unit was hooked up to a brand new propane take properly and would not start. I contacted the vendor (Shop Joe). Their customer service is 100% overseas. They did not offer a repair, however they did offer a replacement. It has been over a year and a half since I reported the issue. They have been claiming that they are "out of stock" on this item and that there is no other comparable unit. Checking on line, I do see other web companies having them. I have documentation from the vendor that a replacement is "coming", but it never comes. I contact them about once a month. I did reach out to QVC and they will not do anything about this. We have been buying from QVC for years and have spent 10's of thousands of dollars with them. I can't believe that they will not, at least, assist by pressuring the vendor to honor the warranty. Warning !! Do not purchase Shop Joe products. read more

When I called they said I had an unpaid easy pay that c wasxsentvto collections. I called collections and was confirmed payment satisfied in 9/2025. I don't usually shop at QVC but my mother does, and in 2012 she purchased for me several cookware pieces as a gift. Despite the fact that they were non-stick pans (which over time will break down and get trashed), they came with a lifetime warranty. In 2018, I had one of the pieces replaced because the coating wore off and QVC took care of it eventually but it required multiple phone calls because they would promise me one thing on the phone and not follow through. Thankfully, I kept good notes. In 2018, I had another piece replaced but this time QVC had no identical replacement piece so they had to substitute larger pieces in different colors. I was just happy to get them to finally ship them to me (again, multiple calls) but in the end it worked out. Last month, I tried to have another pan replace. This time, QVC wouldn't honor their warranty. They said the 2012 order was so old it wasn't in their system (thankfully, I kept copies of all of the order paperwork and shipping invoices). And, QVC's new policy isn't to replace pieces under the warranty but instead to just offer a refund. I could live with that, but they also said that since my mother ordered the pieces, she would need to call them to obtain the refund. And because they had no record of the order, they couldn't offer a refund because they didn't know how much to refund. They asked me to send in copies of everything, which I did. I talked to four people who "added my notes" to my service record but no one ever called me back. Supervisors supposedly did and left messages, but my cell phone never showed the call received. I finally gave up trying. I get it... they are stupid to offer lifetime warranties on non-stick cookware. I don't know if they do that anymore. But if they are going to do so, they should honor it. Still, the cookware lasted 12 years so that is worth 2 stars. Customer service is horrible though! read more

I have been a customer since I was nineteen (in the 1990s) and what happened recently really disgusts me. (The two star rating is due to the fact that some customer service reps are nice and helpful, the items that we like and use are good, and some of the offerings are exclusive to QVC. As for things we didn't like or didn't work for us, we returned (but... keep reading.) ((I have gotten over 300,000 views (my pics and reviews) in the past ninety days on Yelp.com. Thank You!)) (1) We made a huge payment in December. It is not reflected on their end. (2) We made two returns (the Koolaburra pullover was way too darn big for me, and the water filters did not work for us) on January 5th. The rep told us not to make payments on the items we were returning, especially since we were not planning to order anything else. Meanwhile, I am getting numerous emails and text messages about my account being "past due". Also, received an email that the recent fire has delayed many of the returns (I don't understand why; I am sorry, it's awful that the fire happened, but how is this related? No explanation was given in the email). (3) We didn't see anything we wanted to order, until one day we were watching. Well, I couldn't order anything. Our account had been locked out. Due to the "delinquent" status. (4) It is the 27th, and when called this morning, was finally able to get the returns processed. (So, for three weeks, they were sitting somewhere.) (5) However, on our end, we have gotten two late fees (over $40 ea.). (6) The second rep today gave us the total balance (over $1000) due which is inaccurate, because some items are on "easy pay" while others are coming from another payment method. (Again, referring to #1, we paid off most of the balance in December. One or two items on easy pay or "special financing" were remaining). (7) Here's the worst part of this whole matter. My credit score went down 108 points because they reported this credit card account as "delinquent." Not cool. (Why were our returns not processed immediately? Again, sitting for three weeks. How is this my fault?!) This is really disappointing. Honestly, I am not sure if we will continue shopping on this site, due to the many mistakes and oversights recently. read more

Horrible company. Purchased a 17 inch laptop computer. After delivery determined the power cord was missing. Luckily I have not yet retuned the original computer that was missing the power cord. Have made the initial payment on time. Called customer service to determine why my account was closed. First time shopping with QVC...NEVER EVER AGAIN! Stay away for your own sanity and to save you hours of trying to resolve issues with delivery and an exchange. During Covid, I've been doing more online shopping than usual (and that's saying something!). All of the providers and deliver services out there have been phenomenal and I want to personally thank them all. :) I decided to purchase a fairly expensive piece of kitchen equipment through QVC, in lieu of the manufacturer's site or the big A, because I wanted to earn triple airline points. No surprise I haven't been traveling at all since March, but am desperately trying to keep my high airline status. Big mistake. HUGE! The original order I received was the wrong color. I called a QVC rep and they informed me I could do a return using their prepaid USPS label; however, that dollar amount would be deducted from my "refund" amount even though I requested an exchange for the desired color. My regular USPS carrier picked up the return over two weeks ago. There was no sign of tracking available until almost a week later. It turns out that some companies, like QVC, employ secondary "carriers" to pick up packages from USPS and then return the items to the warehouse. QVC doesn't tell you (doesn't know?) and your package stays in a a state of limbo until "somebody" finally decides to scan it (i.e., tracking is not available). Fast forward two weeks from when I drafted this review: I kept looking at my QVC account every other day and there was no information about a "return"/exchange AT ALL. So I called...again. The rep informs me the return has been received. Great. Do you know when the exchange (different color ) will be shipped. "We don't have nay information on that. They handle it in the warehouse." Me, "Okay...uhh." Three days later I log into my QVC account and it suddenly shows returned received and a refund had been issued. So, called again. Me, "What about my exchange?" Agent, "We're sold out of the desired color." Pulling hair out now because I could have just ordered from another retailer and received the wanted equipment weeks ago. Rrrrrr. No email was sent to inform me. Nada. In short, QVC has some the worst, uniformed customer service I have EVER had to deal with in my life. Two words: STAY AWAY!
