QVC has held on to a refund owed to my deceased mother for over 4 months, have provided no written documentation to the accuracy of the refund amounts, have promised multiple returned phone calls from supervisors and management that never occurred, and never follow up on any of their interactions. They prey on the elderly and their financial procedures are horrible. Really shameful business practice! I've shopped with them for DECADES! Always pay my easy pays as agreed or early. Have purchased $1k+ gaming systems. Today, I ordered a ps5 out of desperation. Qvc took every penny I had and placed the order. Great! At least my 13 year old will get his Christmas gift. Two minutes later, they canceled. No explanation. As I've used easy pay a million times. QVC demonstrated a Bissell floor cleaner that both vacuumed and washed your floor and made it appear to be the most wonderful product ever made. BE CAREFUL OF BAIT AND SWITCH I ordered a calf leather handbag that was on sale for $100.99 and received a handbag made of nylon. Same manufacturer, same print same style but made of nylon instead of leather. When I tried to contact QVC customer service via chat, I was disconnected after giving all of the information regarding the incorrect item being shipped. Worst customer service ever. You will be taken on a round-robin of auto attendants before getting to a human being. Once you get to a person, they have no idea how to rectify the problem. I made the mistake of paying off my credit card balance in full. QVC "corporate" immediately closed my account based on an "outstanding balance" on Easy Pay. Sent me to their credit company who confirmed that no such balance exists. Promised to send a letter to that effect. Three months and five phone calls later - no letter. Repeated calls to Customer Service to ask what's next with no response. Actually had two hang-ups mid-call when it was clear the "representative" had no idea how to get this resolved. Feels like there are lots of remote workers that are only half engaged in the job. I am a tolerant customer that understands things go wrong, but seriously, not one person in the entire company can figure this out?? I would abandon QVC entirely if not for two product lines that I can't get anywhere else. Right now, the system has blocked me from ordering entirely. Ok I just found out that because I had a QVC account/credit card with them. I can no longer buy from this company anymore because my account has been closed due to I couldn't pay my credit card so it was not in collections. I have grown to HATE this company. They "nickel and dime" people under the GUISE of friendship. Now, not only are they charging $6.95 for a return label, but they are ALSO charging for shipping and handling ($5.50) on their returns back to them! My refund was just over one dollar! I will take my business elsewhere. Their clothes aren't even that fashionable. You find better things at CHICO's. I saw a perfect holiday gift for my son's in laws who live across the country. It is two frozen cakes. Of course the TV presenter absolutely guaranteed Christmas delivery. In fact, the estimated delivery was 12/17. I checked 12/22 and saw that the order was "in process." I called to speak with a representative who seemed annoyed that I wouldn't know that deliveries get backed up at Christmas time. So much for the delivery "guarantee." The most recent example was the purchase of a a couple of Tracfone smartphone handsets, which turned out to be the worst of the QVC purchases. I finally give up on QVC. I've been ordering from them for years because it was so convenient to pay things off in payments and their selection is great. I've had a few problems lately, but right now they're just impossible to work with. I ordered a floor fan in hopes of lowering my electric bill since my pay was cut back due to COVID19. When it didn't arrive, I checked tracking and it was held up for a few days with no explanation. It finally said there was no apartment number (there IS an apartment number in my shipping address in my QVC account) and they were trying to resolve it, or it would be returned. I tried for days to reach someone at QVC. I tried live chat that said I had to call, I tried calling and it wouldn't take my call, I tried live chat again to be put one hold several times for a long time just to be disconnected. I emailed with no response. I emailed again with no response. Before all the shipping issues I had order another fan (an expensive Dyson fan) so I cancelled it because I wasn't confident I would get it now. I've continue to try to get someone before the first order went back but no luck. I finally received an email two weeks after the last email I sent only to tell me that I had cancelled my Dyson order and that they were happy to help me. uuuhhmmm, they didn't even answer my question about where my first order was. I requested that they exchange the item. I noticed that I am being charged to return and exchange the item AND am being CHARGED AGAIN for them to ship the replacement to me. I have been wanting to buy a new TV, so I ordered an OLED TV yesterday from QVC's website, 12/01/2018. It was a 6 Easy Pay order of $318.00 for 6 payments. I never received any emails that I ordered anything, but last night my order was processing up until past midnight when I went to sleep. I found it odd because any other company I order from sends me an email right away if I order something and that is a good way to combat if your account was hacked into and ordered without your permission. I checked my bank account and sure enough $318.00 was taken from my account by QVC as a pending transaction. So today, I wake up and turn my computer on, check my emails and no emails from QVC at all. I check my bank account, again. Stills shows a pending QVC transaction from 12/01/2018 for $318.00. So I go to check the status of my account and the site is acting like I never registered at all! I tried a few times, even a different browser, and it will not accept my username and password. So I immediately call customer service and I am informed my account was closed because "Me or someone in my family at that address have had late payments or caused business loss in the past so they closed my account and cancelled my order." No phone calls, no emails, no communication. I had to go to them to find this out and why did the system allow me to make the order to begin with? I told the lady on the phone that this is unethical and I would have been happy to pay if something was owed from my family (unaware of anyone here owing anything with QVC), but this was a "corporate decision" and she "had no further information available at this time." When I asked about the money I paid them already, it will "fall off in 5-7 business days depending on my bank account." Wow! So no TV and now my money is tied up for a week! The fact I never got an order confirmation email, no emails or calls that my order was cancelled, and no emails or calls that they REMOVED MY ACCOUNT! I will never ever do business with them again, I will stick to companies like Amazon and Evine, who inform you of orders you made and send you what you order. If there is a problem, they call or email like a company should. Horrible experience with no accountability, customer service, or full explanation at all. I will warn all my family and friends and I hope they lose all kinds of business. One of if not THE worst companies I have ever dealt with and never had a company be this extreme, especially without explanation or communication! QVC is a ripoff company had a laptop sent that I purchased on cyber monday of 2022... long story short the item was sent " emptied box" 1800.00 lap top empty box!!! I made 2flex pay payments of 165.29 each... they sent a second one and it didn't include any of the three warranties which totaled out to a tune of 800+ $$... i went round and round with their customer service reps passed around for a month and a half trying to get this straightened out, to no avail, none of the reps even put this in the notes when they spoke to me each time. Brand new customer, one order and never again. Bought a camcorder, said it would arrive by a certain date. Never got a tracking # and it never arrived. Called QVC they confirmed it had not even shipped. The arrival date they gave me on their site never changed, it never shipped and the QVC support rep couldn't redo the order with a firm delivery date. But I've noticed recently I've had to return several products because they just were not what they said they were. I don't know if they were old but they didn't seem like they should have been. In looking at my bank statement, I noticed several $6.95 charges. I called customer service to inquire. The rep said it was shipping charges.
