    I purchased a Keurig Supreme coffee maker bundle from QVC less than a year ago. Unfortunately, the machine has already burned out. When I contacted QVC for support, I was redirected to Keurig. However, I purchased this product directly from QVC and expected QVC to stand behind what it sells. The lack of assistance has been very disappointing.

    This return period policy for this company is confusing and frustrating. Is it 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days? See pics in my review from their website. If a product is defective, the return should be accepted. A gold purse I ordered started having areas of color rubbing off. My return was accepted; however when I did not receive my refund and when I did the online chat with a customer representative, I was told it was too late to return the item. The dates they told me were wrong. I was told the purse was sent back to me. None of this was communicated to be beforehand. With this company, "the customer is always right" motto does not apply. Communication with the customer would be appreciated and helpful in establishing a satisfied and loyal clientele I disputed the charge with PayPal and the case was determined to be in my favor and I was refunded the amount of the defective purse.

    Love QVC, but!!! The shows that don't have a host, only the seller. Very bad idea. Of course saves money but the hosts really make the show!

    They Sold us A lemon been fighting with them for months…read more The couch we bought just back in October 2025. Started frying after a couple weeks of having it . After fighting customer service they sent us covers in the mail to put on ourselves. I complained then they sent someone out to put the covers on and they only sent the three bottom cover cushions. The tech put them on top of the old ones, but the whole couch was still fraying not just the cushions then they said that it was against our warranty. I said we bought an extended pet warranty as well. They will not fix it then it started to rip at the seams and every time someone sat on the couch the rip at the seams opened up more. They will not fix it. They will not replace it. They won't do anything so we're stuck with A busted up couch that we paid $1300 for. I canceled my Boscov's credit card. I will never buy a single thing from them ever again.

I went to the checkout counter with my other belongings and told the associate that I had a pair of pearl earrings under the name on hold and she grabbed a random box of earrings that were not mine and rung them up. I did not realize they were the incorrect box (since the jewelry counter associate didn't have them in a box when she helped me) and had to drive from King of Prussia back to the Parkesburg store which was a HUGE inconvenience and waste of my gas as the associate should have paid more attention to what I told her instead of grabbing a random box of diamond earrings (which is what she gave me). I asked to speak with a manager when I left the store and made a call because I was still extremely upset and Jamal the manager was unhelpful as he stated that he would talk to the person (after I described the associate to him) so that she didn't do it again which was very inconvenient and unacceptable since I was the one who was inconvenienced and had to waste my gas to drive back to the store because of error made on his associates part. NOTHING was offered to me to rectify my situation of being inconvenienced. Poor Customer Service by the associate and Manager at this location. I DO NOT recommend this Parkersburg, PA location at all. Worse Experience I've Ever Had At A TJ Maxx Location. They clearly DO NOT value their customers or the experience that they have at their location.

    Review is only for this location. Let me start by saying that the pharmacy and staff are top notch…read more Always professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Prescriptions are always ready when they say they notify me and they answer any questions I have without ever treating me like I'm bothering them. The pharmacy is the only reason I come to this location. For purchases I'll make the longer drive and go to Kennett Square. The Exton location usually has one or two lanes open AT MOST even when the store is busy, has zero self-checkout lanes and it's just a nightmare to just pick something up and get in an out without it feeling like teeth gnashing. Pharmacy = YES!!! Normal shopping = No, it's worth it to spend the gas and drive to a different location.

From speaking to her, it was clear that any recognition short-comings in customer service and "how can I help attitude" at this Pharmacy are not going to come from her example but instead she would rather point out that the real issue is the Customer having excessive expectations that they actually cared about your health.
