I have not ordered from QVC for several years because of their poor customer service, product quality and the delivery of the goods they sell. My wife asked me to order something she wanted recently and I told her "NO". She said they "have gotten better" so I ordered the necklace she wanted. They got worse. I received a tracking number from QVC that was invalid. When I tried to get my money back I was told that it "takes 6 to 8 weeks for a valid shipping number to be issued". Really QVC? QvC prys in the elderly by talking them into purchasing in bulk. I clean out estates of people who have died and you can't imagine how all the junk these elderly people have purchased from QVC. Do not waste your time buying anything on QVC. I ordered a $400 item on December 12. Expected delivery date December 23. It is now December 28 I still have no item. I called customer service, come to find out they canceled my order. After four phone calls, being on the phone for over an hour and a half with customer service, they say they will give me a $25 credit for my troubles. They can shove that where the sun don't shine. On top of that, the item I originally ordered is no longer available. You would think if they are going to cancel your order they would pick up the phone or send an email, they did neither. A little speck of water fell on my boot, it remained there permanently, I tried to wipe it off with a clean paper towel and it smeared. I wonder if anyone, ANYONE, ever reads QVC reviews on Yelp. I HOPE SO! Because, sure there are a ton of reviews on QVC about QVC products, however, you may notice a few things there. 1. If you write a review, no matter how well written and respectful (no bad words or name calling) it is, if it's bad, it's likely not published. So their published reviews are skewed. 2. If an item goes on clearance, even if it's been in stock for 5 years and has sold 150,000 items, it will suddenly only have 4 or 5 published reviews, and shockingly, they are all 4 or 5 stars. Odd how that happens. Onto the quality. It's honestly all over the place. I've purchased A LOT from QVC and some things have become staples in my closet, for instance Women with Control pants. I love them, they are fantastic. But some things are garbage, anything Lori Goldstein comes to mind. Her clothes are extraordinarily cheaply made with cheap fabrics and god awful designs. But there's more! Never buy gardening supplies or plants from them. I've purchased plants from nurseries online and have had success, but not with QVC. Every last plant that I've purchased there has died. Now, I'm a prolific gardener and I know how to keep a plant alive. Their plants are trash. Price. HAHAHAHAHA. Price? While some of their high end kitchen appliance deals are truly amazing, especially when they're on a TSV, usually their prices are absolutely nothing special; and as far as their clearances, really? They're usually laughable. I will say I bought my Vitamix from them and it really was a deal. I've also bought a lot of IT Cosmetics that I LOVE from them, IT really is the best cosmetic brand, imo. But on the whole, there is simply nothing special about their prices. Think Macy's. That's it, but without the good sales. Again, quality, ugh. No, on so many fronts. Convenience. Yes, it is very easy and convenient to shop through QVC, but it's that way through any online retailer and a lot of them have free S&H, that's a rarity on QVC. Okay, onto the hosts... David, he's very entertaining, I really enjoy watching him but the food stuffs QVC sells are so over-priced it's an abomination. Those poor seniors who don't get out much and think that they're getting a deal on a $45 bag of pot stickers. My god, go to Costco, they're $19.00. I've tried to keep looking at products at QVC, but it seems they no longer really want to do business. Years ago, I suddenly had an IT issue with my account after the HSN merger, and they could never get it to work right. They said just call in your orders. (???) So when I see an item I may want, I'll call to get more info and the representatives are sullen & rude, and don't know anything. When I've ordered a few things, they are overpriced trash from China. I would really like to give no stars but unfortunately I can't. I gave my fiancé money for a scooter he wanted. He called ordered it gave them his card number and the scooter was available for easy pay so he paid the amount down. They took the money from his account not even 2 min later received an email they cancelled his order !!!!!!! No where did they say you had to be approved for east pay and also said NO money comes out until it has been shipped. In this case why did money even come out of his account in the first place if it doesn't come out till shipped. If you had to be approved first then that's what should have been done before taking the money. He called and asked when the 400$ would be back in his account. The lady stated 24 hours and another said 2-3 days depending on the bank !!!!!!! Had no problem taking the money out now we have to wait on money that should have never been taking out according to the website. I ordered 4 white great crape myrtles on the 25 Feb and 2 more White great crape mrytles on the 26. Qvc said the delivery date would be on the 3 of April 2021. As of today no Myrtles has arrived. When calling qvc customer service they put it on Robertas plants. They could only tell me its inprocessing! BUT!!!! I have yet to recieve an update from QVC of the delay! If they can not get the items to you as promised on the date promised,, wouldn't you think they would email you a notification of the delay in shipping on your item? NOOOO, THEY DONT DO THAT! I have been a long time QVC customer. I ordered the ex-large hanging indoor/outdoor basket of faux flowering vine that hangs. At over $70 per basket ( I ordered 2) I could not believe how cheap made these were. They are made of hard cheap plastic that I use to see years ago. Nothing supple about them. If i could rate QVC a zero i would. I bought a nutribullet from them as i wanted to give the current one i had to my college son. The one from QVC is definitely a counterfeit one. I placed an order over the phone at 12:30 a.m. and notified the representative that my address had recently changed. She assured me that the order would be sent to the correct address. Yet a few hours later, I received an order confirmation showing that delivery would be to my previous address. I called QVC three times -- twice talking to a customer service rep and once to a supervisor, who called me back four hours later -- and was told that the order could not be canceled or changed and that they thought delivery might be to the updated address. Their solution? For me to deal with UPS and try to straighten out the address problem with them. QVC customer service, which used to be helpful and professional, has deteriorated. I waited for a sale on K65255 Ninja CREAMi 7-in-1 Frozen Treat Maker to come up for a deal with a special price. I ordered the Ninja early in the morning with no problems. Four days later, I get no notification of it shipping and I contact customer service and they said they don't know why its not shipping and that I will have to wait 4 days to be notified as to why it's not shipping. The next day (today), I get an email stating that they cancelled my order because they were unable to offer the easy pay that I had selected. Instead of emailing me and giving me the option to pay for the item in full, they cancelled it and the item is out of stock and at a higher price. If the customer service rep told me I would have paid for the item then. That is completely messed up. I should have been given the option to pay for item in full before canceling the order. That is jacked up. This is the third time that I have had issues with QVC and receiving my orders. I ordered a JBL Sound Bar on 7/3/23 on Order# 6951449852 for $672.75. I received the package and my wife did not want me to keep it as she found the same product for $275.00. I called QVC and the CS agent told us we could return with the return tag that was on the package in the plastic pouch. We called again the next day, as we wanted to know if the amount listed at the top of the label was the cost for return shipping. We were told, yes, "the amount listed at the top of the Q Label is your return fee." We then gave the package to our postman to be returned with the QVC Label attached. A few days later we checked the return status on USPS tracking and the tracking number did not appear. We asked our postman what we should do, he said to visit his postal branch and inquire. They remembered the package as it was heavy and a strange shape. Nicole at this branch told us the package would not scan but that they put it in the QVC pick up bin for DHL to pick up. We have made 3 trips to the post office to try to get help and have made phone calls daily to both QVC and Paypal for help. Supervisor's promising to call back and nothing, They are not taking any responsibility for sending the incorrect label for return. Now the package has not been received as return and no refund of our $665 either. Terrible customer service! We are doing all the research and running around and QVC is doing nothing! We have now tried to reach out to Pitney Bowes, where DHL ships QVC's returns, still nothing. It took 12 phone calls to get an email address to send the photo of the incorrect label to, still nothing! We are just looking to get our money back. This is completely insane! Don't count on anything coming quick and don't count on canceling an order. On Jan 25 I ordered a pan from qvc. 4 days later it was still not processed. I called to cancel my order and was told I couldn't because the order was not coming from them. So they drop ship your order when you order it. They took my money when I ordered it but they don't have it. Today I Feb. 4, and it is suppose to come today. So that is 10 days to get a product from California that I wanted to cancel. If I want my money back I have to refuse shipment and send it back to California. So I may get my money back on day 20 that I tried to cancel on day 4. I contacted customer service and was told my item was on backorder, but then I was told that they had the same item in stock. They said they would have to place a new order and cancel my old one for me to get it. They did that and put the wrong address. Then input the wrong payment method. I have been with QVC since the start. They always had great customer service and always put the customers first. Their service in the last couple of years has become horrible. The quality of the merchandise is not to what it used to be. I purchased an item and ask to exchange it for a difference size, customers service advised me that they will send the other size out as soon as the post office receives the item. It's going on 2 wks and nothing so I looked at my account online to find out they not only didn't ship out the new size item, but they still haven't received the returned item. I called and found out the item is in CA, one state from AZ. The rep told me it first went in the other direction to TX before going back to AZ and then onto CA. I was also told the previous rep did not note anything in my account and never shipped out the other size. Now the item is sold out!!! It is so frustrating to lose an item you were expecting because of horrible customer service reps. I did ask for a manager, however, now you have to wait for them to call you back. A couple of months ago I was informed that an item I purchased on auto-delivery was being canceled with no explanation. I called and was told they weren't making enough money to continue the auto-delivery program for that item. It's sad to see how far down QVC has gone. They have now lost another customer. read more

I bought a switch on easy pay a couple days before Christmas and they took my first installment. They emailed the next day saying the order was cancelled due to a wrong billing address. Okay fine it was incorrect so I called them and changed it. I had to wait 8 days for the damn authorization to return. When it did I ordered the switch immediately again. Low and behold the next day I get an email saying the order is cancelled again. So I call and they tell me it's for the same reason. My address is now changed and it's accurate. I even logged onto to my bank and read her the address they had listed to show her it matched. So now I'm stuck again waiting for my money back to get a gift I've been trying to get for someone before Christmas.
