This is my favorite place to get a sandwich in Jamestown and usually the staff are very professional but today the staff member Brandon was going in the back room then mixing all the sandwiches up by wrapping them for carry out even of they were for dine in. When the girl at the till tried to figure out what was going on she was clearly frustrated. My sandwich was suppose to be for dine in but it was found on a different counter for carry out plus there were 3 different sandwiches by the till for several people behind me. What a chaotic mess. I hope for a better experience if I choose to return. read more

Baja Chicken and Little Italy is the bomb. All Sandwiches always come out cold in the middle. They need to follow food safety rule of coming out at 165 degrees. Tell them to slow down the ocen, may come out a little burnt but is 10x better. If they would turn down the heat a tish and leave in for 10 seconds longer, food would be perfect with no burn around the edges and actually hot in the middle. I'm not talking warm in the middle, I mean it is actually cold, like 2 bites in. Hope they find this info helpful as I told the employees a couple times to pass on the infomatio to the owner. Hope a health inspector never checks this as law requires 165 degrees. Otherwise, I could eat here every day. Stars will go up once this problem is resolved. read more

If you want a fresh tasty sandwich try anything on the menu #toasty. My personal favorites include the Chicken Baja and the Classic Italian with extra yellow peppers you can't go wrong. Every steak sandwich is better then Subways and that is an un bias opinion for I go there also. On a diet??? I hate salads lettuce has no nutrional value and their chicken ceasar salad is second to none with excellent customer service just pick youself up a gr8 sammich at Quiznos in your jtown location... read more

Pretty solid Quiznos. Jamestown is severely lacking in sandwich shops (too much burger fast food), so Quiznos is a great option. Service is good, and they make a good sandwich. I like the angus steak. read more

We are new to this restaurant and we're not sure how things worked. The staff was very impatient and rude. They never once smiled. They were short and snarky when we asked questions.
