The drive-thru is…read moreconsistently slow, even when the line isn't long, and the wait times are unacceptable for a quick-service restaurant. What makes it worse is that my order is frequently wrong. I've dealt with missing items, incorrect food, and having to double-check everything before leaving because mistakes have become so common. The menu is also incredibly inconsistent. Too many items are unavailable on a regular basis, so there's a good chance the meal you came for won't even be offered that day. It's frustrating to pull up expecting a specific order and then find out they don't have it. When the food is actually correct, it can be decent, but the combination of slow service, inaccurate orders, and constant menu shortages makes this location difficult to recommend. Management needs to seriously address the drive-thru efficiency, order accuracy, and inventory problems.
