I called for an emergency repair since I was leaving for vacation in 2 days. Ulises was able to come that evening after his last appointment and made all necessary repairs to fix it. Then the next day, I took my RV home and realized my trailer brakes were very spongy. I was about to tow to SoCal and didn't want bad brakes while towing through the mountains. So I called them again and even though Ulises was fully booked, he came out to my house the very next day at 6:30am before his first appointment to make sure my brakes were in good working condition. Even though he lives 45 minutes from my house, he went out of his way to make sure I was safe and ready for the long tow. Ulises and Priscilla are the absolute best. We recently took our RV to The RV Guy in Avondale because our leveling system decided it no longer…read morewanted to level. After some investigating, they discovered the issue was bad O-rings. They replaced them, and at first, it seemed like everything was fixed. Unfortunately, the fix only lasted one use before the system went right back to not working. After waiting three weeks just to get into the shop, it's really frustrating to be back at square one so quickly. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, straightforward, and didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need. Once our RV was in the shop, the turnaround was quick. But at the end of the day, what matters most is whether the repair holds, and in our case, it didn't. Bottom line: nice people, but our repair failed immediately, and that's not what you hope for when you trust a shop with your RV.

Our problems included a dysfunctional audio system and our desire to all a booster antenna for our cell service. He is very detailed, methodical and expert. Where others had failed, he drilled down until he discovered that our audio system in our Forest River Forester had never been fully connected, explaining why it did not work correctly. He helped us install and then, after problems arose from a product defect, advised us about how to remedy difficulties with the cell booster antenna, including contacting the manufacturer. I have to say Massey's Diesel will always be my place to go for at issue or service. My 2013…read moreEntegra Anthem 43 foot class A RV with 83,000 broke down I. Buckeye and had to be towed. This is the first time in 7 years this has happened. I called Tom at Massey's and said I am broke down and need to be towed. He asked what the problem was and I told him. I asked him if he has power so I can plug the coach in and he said so you want an extension cord (he was being funny) and he said yes we have 50 amps to plug into. That said they were 4 people short today and his team hopped right on things and got me taken care of. They worked about 3 hours trying to figure out the issue. Once fixed they ran a force regen on the system and verified there were no more issues. Instead of gouging me like most places would do they actually gave me a big break and my bill was over half what I expected. Thanks Tom and Tim you guys are great and you now have a customer for life.
