Have been coming here for several years when in Phoenix and find myself coming to get my son's car washed and believe it or not greeting cards. This is by far one of my favorite places to pick up cards for any occasion. Had a number of Birthday cards to pick up and thought I would run by for a wash, some cards and maybe some frenchie cards I had not expected. Lines can be long but they move cars through efficiently. Prices are reasonable and at the end of the day I ended up with a clean car and some cards Truly recommend this family owned and operated car wash. Cashier was so nice and friendly too.

I ordered The Works wash which is $35 plus tip with the hope that they would remove the water spots and bug residue from my front bumper and side doors. When they drove my car up to the touch up area my car looked much cleaner. Mind you, my car wasn't filthy to begin with. I just really needed those water spots removed which were not deep whatsoever. I was in a rush so I didn't do a walk through because the employee was working on my car for at least 10 minutes so I figured she cleaned up the noticeable spots. I don't expect the car to be immaculate because I didn't order a detail. When I arrived home I got out of my car and walked around. Low and behold the spots were still there. I blame myself for not taking the time to do a quick walk around but I also expected better service than what I had paid for which was a total of $40. I called Lindstrom and explained everything to them. The woman on the phone told me that its $100 minimum for spot removal depending how deep it is. I wasn't about to pay that so I took a wet towel and did it myself. I was probably better off going to the cheaper car wash a quarter mile up the street.

The employees told me that they don't cover this kind damage. The cost just to replace the part is $350, on top of labor which would be a lot because it's a difficult timely to do my mechanic told me. I couldn't afford to fix and I shouldn't have to when the car wash ripped what was a well secured fin off my car. I ended up taking it to a collision center and having them use a panel adhesive to glue it together essentially. I can't go through car washes now anymore having to do it this way because now it will definitely come off. I wouldn't recommend this place, when the car wash causes this type of damage they need to cover it. Very disappointing, I should have read the reviews before going here.

I'm there often, so this wasn't hard to spot. When I brought it up, the only employee on site, Davonte, was unbelievably rude. Instead of acknowledging an obvious issue, he insisted everything was "working fine," which was flat-out false. No accountability, no effort to help, just attitude. If this is how management treats paying customers, I won't be back.
