The flavors are subtle and the gochujang aioli with pickled veggies really balance out the sandwich. The Cheddar Potato Leek soup is a hit, every bite as good as the first, and with the fall / cooler weather coming I'll be looking forward to ordering this often. If you're able to make it here around the 2:45 + timeframe it's pretty open for anyone to come in and get served immediately as it is just after the lunch rush.
