One of my favorite sub sandwiches. I recommend them for the food and quick service. I like it Mike's way.

I tried this place for the first time, last night. I cannot believe I allowed myself to miss out for this long. I am fully addicted to the chicken bacon ranch sub, now. It is incredible!! The hubby has been eating here for years, I am not a sub sandwich kind of - wait - I wasn't a sub sandwich kind of gal - but I sure am sold on them now!! I love how quick the food is to make and receive. I love that it is all made fresh in front of your eyes!! There is room for dine in, but we opted for take out. The employees seemed to love their jobs, which was nice to see!! You could tell they took pride in providing a quality meal. The restaurant was clean, plenty of space, service was quick!! read more

Great service! Placed a mobile order it was ready 5 mins earlier than what I requested. I was greeted at the door by the cashier, she was very nice. My sandwich was amazing! The bread was extremely fresh as well as all the ingredients. I will definitely try this location again. read more

We eat here probably once a month for lunch. The subs are made extremely fresh. The meat is sliced right in front of you. Don't worry if there's a line of 10 or 12 people in front of you you'll only have a four or five minute wait the service is extremely fast. There's not a ton of seating on the inside but most people get it to go so it's no big deal. read more

I ate here in the past week. It's not quite what it was a year or two ago. The prices have gone up to around $19 w/tax for a giant sized sub. The veggies are limited, I didn't even see any black olives offered... This place is just not worth it any longer. Someone needs to open up an organic sandwich shop for prices like this. I love Jersey Mikes food, but cannot believe the poor customer service today. I ordered at 1:40, got an email to pick up at 2:10. 2 cold sandwiches weren't ready until 3:50 pm. So many people were waiting and pissed off. I understand it wasn't the employees' fault and they were trying their best to keep up, but management should have done something about this (ex: turn off online ordering to catch up). Also, not one person came outside to apologize for the wait or give updates on individual orders, which I would expect from the store manager. Therefore, people were walking into the store to ask for updates which defeats the purpose of closing the dining room. The phones were unplugged and I could not call to cancel my order. I am disappointed and cannot believe how unorganized and what a failure this was. The sub itself was thrown together and was so pathetic and small compared to normal. I asked for extra lettuce. The amount of lettuce on the sub is not even what they usually put, let alone asking for extra! read more

We ordered a big kahuna sandwich in person and somehow they defaulted to the giant size, then looked annoyed when I wondered why it was almost $20. When I opened the sandwich up there was a long blue hair inside the meat. Food is good but every time you get busy you shut off online app and over the phone ordering forcing people to come stand in line with everyone. My husband and I come here almost weekly! The have great sandwiches hot and cold both. The other day they were out of rosemary Parmesan but luckily one guy made some before we got in. Apparently it had been like that for a while earlier in the day though. We usually have to wipe our own table and the people are not friendly! They are kinda just doing there job. Usually they are extra nice when big bosses are in but I sure wish they were super friendly all the time! This would make our weekly visit so much better. If I could give them 0 stars for how they treat people I would. Food is better then subway, but the way they treat employees is horrible. They let me go because I was "slow" I told them why I was slow they did not care. I have mild autism and they let me go for that. They let my boyfriend go knowing he had a past and they said that his past is fine and they would not let him go because of his past. But they ended up letting him go and will not let him come in to eat at all. I would say they are just discriminating against people who aren't considered "normal". I would never tell a friend or family to work there because of how they end up treating people. They should learn how to treat people because in the end of the day we are all people whether they they like it or not. read more

One star is being very generous, I wish I could give no stars. The restaurant was very busy so we were trying to be patient but the staff is less than friendly, not one time did I see the staff smile of greet a guest. We were in the restaurant for 45 minutes and not one time did anyone come clean a table. We were told it is against corporate policy to heat up a cold sub when we have had it done multiple times before. The cashier chandler was terrible, not only did she ring up our food wrong but refused to believe that a sandwich we ordered was ours and than had to recharge us for it after being told by another customer that it was our food. We walked into this location needing to kill 40 minutes, so seeing the sign on the door saying they were understaffed wasn't a problem. But we get in, and there are 7 people "working". There was a long line, and we soon figured out that it was because everyone was moving in slow motion. We waited for 20 minutes before we left. We finally left because there was one customer in front of us and she was not even acknowledged for like 5 minutes. There was not a single sandwich being made for those 5 minutes. Everyone was at their station either slowly cleaning or staring in front of them. OK, this restaurant makes one of the best sub sandwiches in town. There, I've said it. HOWEVER, They also have the worst service of any restaurant that I know of. We have had multiple problems with this restaurant since it opened. And now, they've stopped accepting orders over their app and aren't even taking phone orders. Trying to get service in some kind of a fashionable manner in person is slow as molasses. Their issues have been going on for over two years.. I wanted a chicken sandwich with cheddar and lettuce. So basic. So easy. THEY DO NOT CARRY CHEDDAR CHEESE!!! What?!?!? Then it takes them close to 20 min to make my sandwich. I couldn't believe it. 2 others were served before I finally got mine. Opened the wrapper and they put provolone on it. So I had to wait another 10 min for them to make another sandwich. My husband's FaMoUs PhILly was flavorless. Please just go across the street to firehouse. Also, they charged me $11 for my basic sandwich, chips, and a small drink. At subway it's like $8, takes 5 min, and is always exactly as I want it. This place should go out of business. read more

Wichita, Kansas finally got themselves a jersey Mike's subs. When it comes to sub sandwiches jersey Mike's reign supreme in the world of commercial sub sandwiches. It is a real tasty sandwich. You will not be disappointed. The ingredients are fresh the restaurant is clean and it's just not around tasty sandwich. I guarantee you you will never eat Subway again once you start eating Jersey Mike's. Firehouse is a good sub but it's warm you got it right there... Jersey Mike's is a sub that take it home put in the fridge and eat at any time and it's just as good as when you got it. Be sure and get the oil and vinegar on your sub and the oregano it makes it absolutely fantastic. I work at the Mattress Firm a couple stores down from them, so I eat there more then the average person, the owner and customer service are all very friendly, food is really good, I love there philly cheese steak,and overall the store is always clean. I don't know what some of these people are thinking with these truly terrible reviews. These yelp reviews don't mention that they just recently opened up so you can expect a little human error every now and again. The place is great, they are constantly busy because they are certainly above average. Give it a try if you haven't! read more
