I've always had a great experience at this Chick-Fil-A. Everyone is always really nice and welcoming and I can tell the team gets along while also getting the job done. Until today, I was waiting for an order and witnessed some bullying coming from a manager. It caught me off guard because I've always known this company to be caring of not only guests but their team as well. I could tell the other staff member was pretty upset too. The staff member that was upset, gave me my order, and I asked for his name as well as the managers name. He told me his name was Brett, and that Rain was the manager on duty. This Chick fil a was doing some crazy business! Only the drive thru is open at this time, they had two lanes going and the line stretched into the street. It was an all hands on deck situation. Honestly, that is not new for this chain. They had at least ten employees, all masked and gloved, working those lines. They also had an employee handwashing station. With all the cars in line, we still didn't wait 5 minutes for our order, which was brought to us in a metal tray so the food runners never touched it. We also swiped our own cards so there was no person to person contact there, either. However one might feel about the founders politics, you can't look down on the service or food. They are the friendliest. Orders are always correct, and it is just good chicken. We came through for iced tea and nuggets. Our order was fresh and delicious. You expect a certain level of service when you come to a chick fil a, and this place delivers. read more

Ordered (drive thru) my son his meal and they forgot his chocolate milk and all our sauce. (Girl at the window was kind of clueless to begin with). Had to go inside for sauce, realized as I was walking to my car that they were busted open and got sauce all over my hand, then had to go back inside a second time. Felt a weird vibe as the cashiers were just staring at me. Got back in the car, ate some fries during the drive-- fries were cold and soggy. Got home, ready to eat, getting HANGRY..... Never have a give a corporate chain 5-Stars, but this time it was due to a manager thinking on her feet and addressed a last minute request in the drive-through line on a busy Friday evening. My wife had forgot to order a Peach Milkshake which is only offered during the summer, it is pretty freaking amazing and when she asked if still had time to order one, instead of saying no, or giving an excuse, she just made it happen without a beat to their very choreographed order/pay/receive process. Being free of charge was just the bonus! But it did get them their 5th star. read more

Best fast food chicken sandwich. I always get the spicy chicken Deluxe which has a spicy kick to it if u love spicy food. Chicken nuggets n fries are tasty. Can't beat the Polynesian n honey mustard sauce. Great place for kiddos. I definitely can't forget the customer service. I hardly ever do a yelp review, but I love Chic-fil-A - hence this review. My husband and I just ordered from the West 21st Street Chick-Fil-A about 7:20 this evening. We ordered our usual No. 1, and our meals were so disappointing. Both our chicken sandwiches had a funky fat taste when you bit into them. And they were SO incredibly greasy, the bun and chicken were just oozing with grease. The usually delicious waffle fries weren't that great either. I honestly didn't eat much of the sandwich or fries. At least my diet lemonade tasted great - all 6 ounces that is, since the cup was filled almost to the top with ice. I don't know if it's just this location, but hopefully this was a rare occurrence and our next visit is much better. read more

Best place to get a good chicken sandwich! The meat actually looks and tastes how it should (but better of course) compared to other places. One thing I really like is that the meat is 90% of the time just meat. Once in awhile the chicken breast tends to be a little fatty but it happens on occasion. They have a great breakfast and lunch menu with a variety of options to choose from. When it comes to breakfast though I wouldnt recommend getting any other meat than chicken since its there specialty and tastes a lot better than their bacon or sausage. The price isnt bad either. Pretty decent/average prices. The customer service is always fantastic. The employees smile and greet you every single time at this location. Management does a great job! Closing on Sunday is also something I really like about the place even though it makes me sad when I forget and crave their food. All in all this is the only place I tell people to go to when they ask about a good restaurant to get a chicken sandwich at. (They have an app where you can earn rewards too) read more

Horrible experience! First, we NEVER come to this one. Second, we won't EVER come to this location again. They do NOT have signs directing curbside. So, we pull forward to let the drive thru person know we have a mobile order for curbside. This company never ceases to amaze me. My first experience with them was just in the past year. I was placing an order and was apologizing that I was taking too long because "it was my first time here". After placing my kids and my orders I get ready to take out my money and the cashier says "enjoy lunch on us". I was speechless. My whole order was free! I have been there at least 50 times since. Lol Today I was in the mood for my favorite spicy chicken sandwich so I loaded up my two dogs to go get some drive thru for the family. When I pull up to the window, not even taking my money first, they hand me two little baggies with doggie treats in them! Anyone that knows me, knows my pups are as close to me as my children. Normally Chic Fil A at 21st and Maize is my absolute go to for fast and fresh food as you know what you're getting every time and they are super fast; however, my experience this Saturday late afternoon/early evening was severely disappointing (and it wasn't the food!). First, the young lady taking orders said her card reader didn't work so I would have to pay at the window - when I got to the window there were two runners and Hannah giving them the food. Unfortunately, they could not find my order so they re-took it to make the food (a salad takes extra time) and never once did Hannah apologize or pronounce my name correctly or even try to make it right. I understand card readers don't work or computers break down but when you act like it's something I did and that I have annoyed you in the drive-thru it really creates bad experience ;-(.
