Eventually, someone greeted me. "I have a mobile order," I said. "Drive around," he said. "What?" I replied, I didn't realize what he said at this point. "DRIVE AROUND." Dude was definitely pissed off. I literally just didn't hear what you said the first time. I understood what he said then, but I just didn't hear clearly, and I don't think the tone is acceptable after I just said "What" once. I pulled up to the drive-through window, waiting for a few minutes until the cars in front of me got their orders. When I finally pulled up, the worker told me my order was $30. I ordered through the app. Did the person on the speaker not tell them I had a mobile order? So far, the communication here seems lackluster. So, I told them I had a mobile order with my name on it, and fortunately, they got the right order for me. A bit of a minor inconvenience, but I still got my order. It's well known that Popeyes is known for bad customer service, and for my first time, I got to experience that. The food was pretty good, and I did get all the stuff I ordered from the app, but I can't get out of my head about that customer service. Maybe you were having a bad day, but now you're just spreading that to others. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location, but I'll be trying out the other ones in hopes of better luck.

This is the first review I have ever had to do because of service. We went to Braums on N. Maize…read moretonight around 830. When we got there, there were about 4 people ahead of us. There were plenty of employees so I figured it would be quick. Aboit 10-15 minutes later, we were placing our order. I had noticed there were 3 and sometimes 4 employees working drive thru orders only. There was only one employee working the front counter. She was a trainee and was having a tough time but was doing great. When we went to check out there was an issue with the register. The trainee asked for help and was told to go to another register. At this time' I was aggravated so I asked.for a manager. The Asst Manager had been working the drive thru register the whole time, never once paying attention to the now 8 plus people in line waiting to be served by the trainee, who was still doing a great job. We asked the manager why the trainee was the only one working the front and every other employee working the drive thru. He told us they had to get the drive thru out faster for response times. I asked about all the people in line inside the store and he again said they had to have faster drive thru response times. I told him we would not be coming back to this location as he had a "I don't care" attitude. He did not seem to care what I had said. We have never had any issues like that at a Braums before. It seems to me the Asst Manager needs a little more training in customer service and how to utilize his employees to take care all customers. I know the business has cameras so it should be very simple for management to watch exactly what I'm referring to.
