Loved the old school hamburger joint feel. We were very shocked they had a drive thru but grateful that we still went inside as it was great customer service, the staff were all so friendly. Even the other guests talk to you like you had never.been a stranger to them. We are glad we stopped here during our passing through Wichita. Definitely has the small town feel to us. Things could be better. Their employees are either not given enough training or just don't care about the customer. Consistency of the product is all over the place. One time the burgers are moist and flavorful other times they are dry and taste like cardboard. You can order condiments (onions, pickles etc) and when you get home and unwrap the burger, no condiments. Sometime the french fries are nice and crispy and other times they are just limp and greasy. I've complained, but nothing get done about it. I like to purchase from family owned businesses, rather than chain businesses, but I can only put up with poor quality for so long and then I have to go on down the road for something better. read more

Despite following the same formula that a lot of smaller fast food chains of having the topings on their burgers being mustard and pickles, it's still a pretty solid burger. This location isn't the nicest, but not the worst (Harry St location is disgusting.) Great greasy fries to go along with the rest of the grease infested menu...not that that's a problem. It's not a bad a place, if I'm hungry and see one, I'm liable to stop in and slam down a burger and fries. read more

Before reading my review, know this: I am not a picky eater, at all, but I know damn well how things are and aren't supposed to be made and/or presented. With that being said, I rate this burger joint a 3.45 out of 5. The burger I ordered came with fries and a drink for $9.61 and I was only able to finish 1/2 of the food I was given. I chose to finish the burger instead of the garlic parmesean fries. The fries were way over seasoned and basically not edible, but the server actually noticed it and offered to make new ones before she even set the food on my table. Awesome work on her part. I chose to keep the fries as is. (I knew I wouldn't be able to eat them based on the size of the double Chipotle burger.) The burger was quite good. I got the "double" Chipotle burger (two patties of beef) and was generally happy with it when I was done. The $9.61 price tag on the meal was a little too much for what I got. I would have given this place a 4.25 or 4.5 if the meal only cost me $8.00-$8.25 The one thing wrong with the burger, was that the bun couldn't handle the burger. It got soggy half way through and fell apart. I would come back, but I would order a single burger with no fries and an ice water for a tasty affordable meal. read more

My husband feels this is the best fast food hamburger in town. He gets the bacon double cheeseburger. CHEAP prices. Fun kids meals that come in a 'box' shaped like a 1957 Chey. The location on E. Harry is horrible. Ordered $30 worth of food at 11:15 am and it lasted like it was reheated from yesterday. Burgers were dry and inedible. Fries weren't cooked all the way through. Still cold in the middle. Horrible disgusting food. We threw it all away. Won't ever eat there again. McDonald's has a more tasty burger. :-( read more

I believe that Bionic Burger is over priced. I didn't care for there burgers. I ordered a Bionic Bacon Cheeseburger with Onion Rings. The onion rings were not cooked all the way. I also like honey mustard with my onion rings and they did not have any. The person who was working at the counter was not very willing to help with anything. I ordered a "steak sandwich" for roughly five dollars expecting something along the lines of philly cheese. Instead, what I got was a ghetto burger chicken fried steak between two slices of bread that couldn't have been worth more than three cents. Usually a great place for copious portions of good greasy food. Ordered food to be delivered during this pandemic and was sorely disappointed. First, got a call from them to tell me they had no onion rings, so I asked them to change them out for tots. It happens, seemed fine. When the food was delivered, the tots were not there and neither were the cheese fries for my wife. I called them to see if they would make it right. The man that answered said they wouldn't, and that it want their problem, even though I had already paid for it all. When I explained that they should make it right he hung up on me. I called back, he said I threatened him, not even close, and hung up again. I called back and asked to speak to his supervisor, he said I wasn't talking to the same person ( I was), and said the supervisor was busy and couldn't talk to me. The guy was very snarky and rude to me the whole time. I never got my order made right. I wont ever be going back, which is sad as I have been a patron of the establishment for 30 years. Horrible place overcharge for burgers and it was just a greasy mess with no flavor. Drive thru was slow and they forgot part of my order so i had to ho insode. This place was great, I had the Mushroom Burger and Sweet Potato Fries, great, had to go back again to try a different burger. The Sweet Potato Fries were great I ask them to fry them a little bit crisper, because I like crisp fries and they did this without burning them. Great. As you know Sweet Potato Fries aren't very easy to crisp up without burning.:-) I wish I had more time to try the "6 million dollar" burger, my sisters' and niece tried that one. It was too big for me. The one I had was a nice size. The service was fast and the people were really nice. My family and I were in Wichita for our Family Reunion and I used Yelp to get reviews on the area that was close to our Hotel and Bionic Burger came up. I am glad I went. Told one of my cousins I met for the first time. Told him about this place raved about it he was stuck on another burger place until he tried this place. He came back to the hotel with his shirt showing how much he enjoyed the burger.
