What is not to love about Culver's? They have good food,…read moreSuper courteous staff, prices in line with the industry. Not big chain loss leader in line, but good quality fresh made pricing. The ability to order from your table with your smart phone is very convenient for those that may be mobility challenged and can't stand in lines. The food is brought to you with a smile, and not yelled out on a loudspeaker. I have unfortunately never tried their frozen custard because I am always too full by the time I'm finished with the burger and fries and curds. The building inside and out is spotlessly clean, there is always a staff member on the floor cleaning tables, picking up, sweeping floors. The staff is Superman Courteous, they stop and talk about their food, their company, and are great ambassadors for their product. My only, ONLY critique would be the butter burgers feel indulgent and I worry about my cholesterol, but probably not as much as I should. And they have one thing that sets them apart from the Big Chains. Cheese Curds. We have been to Culver's several times since they opened, as well as visited locations in Osage Beech, Missouri and they have a great Wisconsin feel about any location.

First time ordering from Popeyes. Ordered through the mobile app. Came through the drive-through…read moreand had to wait around five minutes, even calling out a few times with no response. Eventually, someone greeted me. "I have a mobile order," I said. "Drive around," he said. "What?" I replied, I didn't realize what he said at this point. "DRIVE AROUND." Dude was definitely pissed off. I literally just didn't hear what you said the first time. I understood what he said then, but I just didn't hear clearly, and I don't think the tone is acceptable after I just said "What" once. I pulled up to the drive-through window, waiting for a few minutes until the cars in front of me got their orders. When I finally pulled up, the worker told me my order was $30. I ordered through the app. Did the person on the speaker not tell them I had a mobile order? So far, the communication here seems lackluster. So, I told them I had a mobile order with my name on it, and fortunately, they got the right order for me. A bit of a minor inconvenience, but I still got my order. It's well known that Popeyes is known for bad customer service, and for my first time, I got to experience that. The food was pretty good, and I did get all the stuff I ordered from the app, but I can't get out of my head about that customer service. Maybe you were having a bad day, but now you're just spreading that to others. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location, but I'll be trying out the other ones in hopes of better luck.

This is the first review I have ever had to do because of service. We went to Braums on N. Maize…read moretonight around 830. When we got there, there were about 4 people ahead of us. There were plenty of employees so I figured it would be quick. Aboit 10-15 minutes later, we were placing our order. I had noticed there were 3 and sometimes 4 employees working drive thru orders only. There was only one employee working the front counter. She was a trainee and was having a tough time but was doing great. When we went to check out there was an issue with the register. The trainee asked for help and was told to go to another register. At this time' I was aggravated so I asked.for a manager. The Asst Manager had been working the drive thru register the whole time, never once paying attention to the now 8 plus people in line waiting to be served by the trainee, who was still doing a great job. We asked the manager why the trainee was the only one working the front and every other employee working the drive thru. He told us they had to get the drive thru out faster for response times. I asked about all the people in line inside the store and he again said they had to have faster drive thru response times. I told him we would not be coming back to this location as he had a "I don't care" attitude. He did not seem to care what I had said. We have never had any issues like that at a Braums before. It seems to me the Asst Manager needs a little more training in customer service and how to utilize his employees to take care all customers. I know the business has cameras so it should be very simple for management to watch exactly what I'm referring to.

My sister works in the area and I wanted to meet her and my nephew for lunch, little dude chose this place. I haven't been since I was a kid. I swear, the prices haven't changed. It was a good way to try what they've got. The buns are soft and toasted, the meat was juicy, the crinkle fries were crisp, and those onion rings rock! A loaded dog comes with mustard, relish, and onion. Wich is clearly stated. It is a simple yet tasty hot dog. The burger was juicy and good sized. And again, those onion rings stole the show. We had two adult meals and a kids meal for under $20. It is an old establishment with no frills. The service is friendly and the good will fill you up. You're not going to get a fancy dog here. The worst thing happening was a pickle in the box which shouldn't have been there. Oh no! Capital offense! How will I ever survive? lol My hot sandwiches are always hot and the cold ones always cold. Always yummy. I have noticed shorter wait times for both dine-in and carry out while still maintaining the same quality of good service. OH! Speaking of service, I need to give a shout-out to the women (it's always a woman for some reason) who takes our order. I often visit with my elderly Mother who is hard of hearing and has trouble seeing. She won't do anything about these issues because she's a total DIVA (hearing aids are for "old people" and I guess 78 isn't old in her mind). Anyway, the wonderful ladies who take our order are always SO patient with her and if it bothers them to repeat the same question four times, it never shows. I appreciate that so much THANK YOU! Plus, I am so sorry to have to put up with us! So, all in all, if you are looking for a good sandwich, a cold drink, and even a naughty little dessert, stop by the Maize location and give 'em your order. Four times. Ask for no onions. Four times.
